Christie from USPS was so kind and helpful! She went above and beyond to assist us and made the whole process so easy. Really appreciate her excellent service and friendly attitude.

I think management need to retrain their employees they are rude, very slow, and it takes an extra-long time for someone to get a letter even though its in the same zip code. I live close to this post office, but it’s unfortunate I will have to go elsewhere due to their incompetence.

They have a smart locker that doesn't work and no one will answer the door that they have a bell to ring for questions. So packages are not reachable, there are workers in the back that could give answers but no one will answer door. Horrible service, they could also be smart and leave a note on the smart lockers to let us know what is going on. Common sense

I've been coming here to mail packages and buy stamps for a decade. It seems their staff has been reduced over the last few years - not their fault! - but most of those at the desk have been there for years and really know their stuff. You get their excellent, knowledgeable, and pleasant service when it's your turn. The long lines are not their fault.

I drop off multiple packages here several times a week, and they consistently get scanned faster than at any other post office in the area. Reliable and efficient service.

I've been coming here for 8 years now and the service has always been pretty good in my experience. My only complaint is the Hrs of operation which of course is just standard Govt. Hrs and nothing against this place but they're so inconvenient for my schedule I just hate them. HATE THEM. Otherwise, all good!

This review is solely about the scarecrow-like supervisor at this location on 4/16 ~ 12:30 PM - Shalom.
I went in to check on the status of an international package. After talking to the clerk twice, it was pretty clear my package had been misshipped or lost somewhere. The clerk suggested I try submitting an intercept request, but it turned out the package wasn’t eligible, so I couldn’t move forward with that.
I asked to speak with a supervisor, and that’s where things went downhill. All she needed to do was look into the issue, maybe make a quick call to the facility where the package was rerouted, and let me know what was going on. Instead, I waited about 30 to 40 minutes for her to show up. I was told she was in a meeting during lunch. When she finally came out, she didn’t even bother checking anything. She told me she had no control over the other facility and couldn’t get any information. So I asked for the address of that address. That took her another sweet 20 minutes, and she could come out after a clerk finally called for her.
She had insisted there was nothing she could do. She told me that if I was in a rush, I should just drive to the other facility myself. She also told me the package would be sent back overseas in two hours if I didn’t. That was also untrue. I found out the truth after making the trip. That didn’t sit right, but I just drove more than an hour to that other location myself. When I got there, a clerk pulled up the tracking info in seconds and even showed it to me. The facility manager, Richard, explained that what I was told earlier wasn’t true. He said in cases like this, when a package is misrouted, it usually gets redirected to the correct address as long as it was originally entered correctly.
What’s most frustrating is that all of this could’ve been resolved quickly if Shalom had just done her job. She gave me incorrect information, showed no sense of urgency, and passed off the issue without making a single effort to help. Meanwhile, the front desk clerks were doing what they could to assist. If anything is dragging that location down, it’s her.

The staff at this office are professional, patient and try to expedite the process. This is an understaffed, very busy post office.

No knowledge, very slow. The worst usps i have ever been. I came here 3 times. Each of my visits end up with 30+ min waiting time and going back home my hands are empty. All they do is one package return with a barcode.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. They should just close this store and save its customers and employees the misery. Went on a busy Saturday, stood in line for 30+ mins with other customers just so they tell us that the system is down and they can’t help anyone. How about you tell the 50 people in line what you can or can’t do before they waste their time in the useless line?!

this post office is the absolute worst!! the asian lady that works there has no idea what she is doing and tries to say that by law you have to include a return address on a letter, when that is incorrect. she refused to send my mail if i didnt write it down. i will drive across town before i come into this location again!

I stopped by for my passport application appointment. The Asian lady helping me was very polite, explained everything in detail and I was done within minutes. She also helped out the lady in front of me with some more complex scenario in her application. It was a very pleasant experience overall.
