After an extremely rough few months with family member tragically passing away, I ordered a very sentimental, custom-made Jersey. Of all the items that could have been lost or stolen. I am absolutely devastated that this package is missing. I watched the tracking of my package all the way up to a community parcel locker, which sends out direct codes after the postal carrier submits the information for the package. The package was stated as delivered by USPS. No code was given. So either the carrier stole my package or put in someone else's information giving away my item. I recommend never buying any item that has to be delivered through USPS.To further this- I have made claims with the retailer, parcel locker company and USPS. The only one who seems to be unresponsive is USPS. Guilty? I'm afraid so-

Mailed 5 priority boxes going to the same address on May 3… 3 arrived at the destination… the other 2 have tracking numbers that don’t exist . all five boxes and tracking numbers are on the same receipt!!! There is no info on the other 2 packages

I can honestly say today's experience was the best Post Office experience I've EVERY had! This is my first time to this location. Nercita greeted me the moment I walked in the door asking how I was doing and asked me over. She was very friendly, quick, efficient and made the entire experience great. This was so very different that my general experience at other Post Office locations where the employees are very slow and actually seem annoyed that you are even there. The Mill Creek location is particularly bad and unfriendly. From now on, I will always come to this Lynnnwood location thanks to friendly great service by Nercita!

I was a little bit hesitant to go to USPS because of a bad experience at a different location. However, the worker here was super helpful and nice even though she was working all by herself. Every customer was waiting nicely because we knew she was helping. I needed to send this package internationally and she suggested multiple options, so I could choose the best, most reasonable way. I really appreciate the help. I will choose this usps next time as well!!

Only one person working. I waited hour just to ask for my package that didn’t delivery to my address. Finally another worker come and it was my turn. Honestly she could have been nicer to me. She yelled at me while she answer. that was an asian lady. really rude!!

This is the best USPS location! I’ve been here several times and they have always been very welcoming and kind. NERCITA deserves the most praise especially. She will go above and beyond by HOLDING YOUR SPOT IN LINE, while you pack your item and fill out the associated form. This was amazing because when I looked over I saw about 5 people waiting in line and it was a huge relief knowing that I did not have to wait the extra 15 minutes. Always specifically ask for NERCITA, she will let the others know that you were in line first!

Slowest USPS I've ever been to. Understaffed and half the time I'm there there's only one person behind the counter. Lines are typically out the door... they also got my 6 oz package of a toyota engine sensor falsely flagged and switched with 10 lbs of cannabis inside of Mason jars. That was an interesting phone call when I asked why my package was being held for investigation when it was a 6 oz car sensor, measured and recorded with their scale, and were trying to accuse me of shipping 10 lbs of an illegal substance (I shipped a padded envelope people!) and accused me of lying... eventually calling me back and apologizing for getting my package number mixed up with another and papers got switched up... so ya, **** this place.
