been a verizon customer for 2 decades. currently have 14 lines opened for my family of 3 (phones, watches, internet etc). wife's 5 month $1200 Samsung flipz4 screen suddenly wasnt working. Went to this store and was told by the rep and store manager there that it was user damage and not a manufacturer defect. store manager was dismissive and treated me and my wife as if we were 'liars' and as if we were trying to game the system. He tried to get me to upgrade my phone and told me if I sent in my phone for replacement that Id probably be charged $1000. Asked him how he arrived at his "user damage" diagnosis and not manufacturer issue and he said that the screen being busted has to be user damage. Went to their 3rd party repair facility (Asurion) and immediately was told that it was a known manufacturer issue from defective hinges pushed up on the screen and that they will replace it at no cost. Will be moving all 14 lines to T-mobile after 20+ years.

Can I give negative stars? Went in as the rear camera on my 2 month old phone stopped working as well as a mysterious pixelated dot on the screen over where the lenses was located. I work from home, rarely leave the house, and didn't damage my phone. I don't buy insurance as I've never damaged my phone in the 30 years I've had one and feel it's a scam. Was told that my option was to pay off my phone (and by the way, my $800 credit for returning old device would be voided, so instead of $200 owed, it would be $1000). Then I'd need to purchase a new phone on top of that. Sooo, $2000? The other suggestion was to take it to random, Joe Bob's phone repair. I went home, looked up Samsung authorized dealers, discovered one across the street at Best Buy. Geek squad ran diagnostic on phone, said it was manufacturer defect and they'd get it fixed FREE OF CHARGE. Have phone back now and working great. Shame on you Verizon. I've been your customer for probably 2 decades, but won't be for much longer.

Just don't go here. The people are alright but they aren't knowledgeable. When I first signed up I did so under the pretense of getting money back for a phone. That was a lie. Got talked into buying a pretty cool charger that charges my phone and my Apple Watch and then 60 days later it doesn't work and they say there's nothing they can do.

This used to be my favourite store all the way to my Blackberry Storm. Now it's the worse I've experienced. I want to the site of pick up the phone and was treated rudely. I heard him even snap at the previous customer. I asked for the return kit he refused to assist and told me to call customer service. I've been with Verizon Wireless for over 20years and expect better care.

Worst customer service. They charged me for a phone they didn't send and couldn't take off bill till end of billing cycle. I had apt at 10:00 for help at alderwood mall store and no one is here. Doors are locked. I'm glad I got a reminder yesterday for my appointment.

Had a great experience getting a new phone for my wife and I through Kevin. Was very patient with us and informative on the iPhones. Even helped us with the accessories and put our protection screens on. Would highly recommend coming back to this place if Kevin is there!

This is one of the only locations you can park and be seen/helped by someone the same day. I went to 3 locations including apple when my phone needed to be replaced. This was the only location that was a true Verizon and helped w/in 20 min.

Customer service is Terrific here! Courtney did a fantastic job helping me try to troubleshoot some challenges with my iPhone XS screen. She came up with creative solutions and worked with me to sort out my challenges. Thank you to the team at Verizon and Courtney in particular!

Employees have been great in the past, however my last two visits I have been treated like a child and I didn't catch his name, but the bald older man who works there is very, very rude treated my dad and I with great disrespect

I had a problem with my almost new phone and couldn't get any help at one of the "Contract" stores so I went to this location. Jose walked me through every step and made sure that the situation was resolved! He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend going here - no pressure, just great customer service!

Great customer service each time my family and I had to come in. Had the pleasure of meeting Heather, Matt and Cory. Each representative were so friendly and non pushy. I have friends who quit Verizon because of the high expectations they give to their employees (did you know they EXPECT their workers to sell over 100 cellphones EACH month or else they get into trouble??) How many people now a days don't have a cellphone or looking to buy a new phone after having to purchase a ridiculously expensive new phone that's suppose to LAST AT LEAST 2 YEARS?? Or buy accessories when you can get it cheaper on Amazon?? Common Verizon treat your employees better please and set reasonable expectations!! Let's see the top dogs sell 100+ of cellphones and accessories each month! My friends couldn't even pay their rent some months when they worked at a Verizon because of the extremely high expectations. Don't run away the good, hard working people please. Heather Matt and Cory please stay around it's always a pleasure to talk with you guys. My family and I appreciate all the help :)

I had to get my mom an iPhone, so I decided to drop by and check out some plans. They have their Father's Day deal, buy 1 get 1 off. I was in! I mean getting 2 phones for the price of 1, you really can't beat this deal! I was asked to check in and within 1 min or so, I was seen by Brandon. He was very friendly, very patient, and helped me through the process. He helped me pick out which iPhone and told me the latest features since I'm not up to date with any techy things. I decided on the iPhone X, which was a top choice for me bc my mom is more familiar with the iPhone, but this was a good size and user-friendly. It took me very little time to figure out how to use the phone (I have Samsung and it's a solid phone, but navigating is a little more work). Before I decided to leave I was mesmerized by the Apple iWatch, so I decided to browse around. I was sold on it bc I use to have one and was very familiar with the functions. I'm glad now its waterproof and I don't have to worry about taking it off when I swim, or walking in the rain. Now, I had to decide if I wanted the aluminum watch or the stainless steel. The reason was very easy for me bc when I had the aluminum iwatch 2, it froze when I did intense workout (i.e., boxing, HIIT, etc.) I felt it was too flimsy and I had to upgrade my watch to stainless steel. Glad I did bc it went through intense workout and never froze. However, when I was ready to purchase my iWatch 3, they didn't have it available. I was super bummed out. But, the manager, being as awesome as she was managed to look up another location, 15 miles away. Which I'm from waaaay out of town (Cali), I wasn't sure if I was able to find it or get it in time. Jodi, the manager, without hesitation told me that she can ship it to me, or pick it up for me. I was super shocked that she would go out of her way to pick up an item for me. I am beyond grateful of the staff and their generous time in helping me, without being pushy with upselling me, and managing to smoothly find the products and driving to pick up my product. You guys are really exceptional and I'm grateful of all your help! Thanks so much, Brandon and Jodi! You guys totally rock! =)
