Stopped by here - in store after nearly two years of online shopping. It doesn't have the same allure it did once. Also the employees didn't seem engaged or present.

Worst customer service! I tried to return a bra with the receipt. I was told it had already been returned and I would need to call customer service. I had the bra and receipt in hand. It obviously had not been returned yet. They obviously don't need more training.

A little while back I was trying to get into line to ask a question (no floor staff but it's covid so I understand) but two girls are blocking the line looking at clothes so I wait in a different area so I can ask my question two girls then push their way into the line not socially distancing and when the cashier finishes ringing up I wave a little to signal I have a question she then says I need to wait in line (she had made eye contact with me multiple times) I said oh I'm sorry some people were looking at clothes and I just have a question she became snappy and said I wasn't in the right place. I work in the mall as well and even if someone isn't in the right spot I still help them especially if they can't be in the right spot because of socially distancing. I don't shop here anymore because I feel avoided when trying to get help but the girl at the front door hosting was an absolute sweetheart.

Not really a big fan of this location anymore. Majority of the employees are kind but after reopening during covid the questions they ask are very pointed and make you just want to walk away instead of shop for the deal you came to the mall for. One employee lied to me, stating I was required to have the angel card to get the underwear deal. Never ever have I been told that, I receive the emails and online doesn't state that anywhere. I had to call the store and talk directly to a manager to get that cleared up. Thankfully when i did decide to go back the employee at the door was gone. A friendlier employee was at the door this time but still very pointed with questions. Honestly from all the customer service I've done, I really recommend changing what open ended questions you ask cuz your customers might not want to come back.

Worst customer service experience... the assistant manager, Maria is RUDE. Had some issues with a return.. she showed no interest in helping, she straight ignored me while I was trying to talk to her.. not only once, but 3 times.. super unprofessional for an AMI work in retail so I understand the frustration, especially during this pandemic. But she still has responsibilities and still has a job to do.

I don't usually write reviews but this time, I am because I'm certain that I have to let everyone know about how awesome MACKENZIE is of Victoria's Secret in Alderwood Mall. I've also called the store and talked to their Manager - Rachelle who is equally amazing! She took note of my compliments of Mackenzie and thanked me for letting them know of my thoughts. :) Going back to how awesome Mackenzie is... so this is their first day of opening after three months of closing due to the pandemic. Mackenzie was at the front of the store. Unlike the stores that I've already visited since they've open where most staff at the door would only greet customers and control traffic, VS' Mackenzie has just so much positive energy - asking questions which made me think that she is a caring person and letting customers know of the promotions and what to expect for the "new normal" while in their store. She is so bubbly as well and friendly! Thank you, Mackenzie and you go girl!!! The world needs more of you and your contagious positivity and excitement! :) :)

I recently lost about 75lbs. and had put off buying new bras and underwear for about a year. I had no idea where to start, and I was very insecure about how much I had lost from my chest. Jess was absolutely so sweet and spent 30-45 minutes helping me find bras and underwear that fit perfectly and made me feel super confident in my own skin. I had been going to Aerie to get all of my undergarments, but I will be coming to this Victoria’s Secret exclusively in the future. The selection is vast, everything is well-stocked with every size, it’s well organized, and the staff is very helpful.

I am currently standing in line while the most amazing, kind, dedicated, and thoughtful manager Rebecca helps me pick out various items for my spoiled rotten family members that are so ungrateful that have caused me to come to deal with this return. This store is by far the best one in washington. She help correct a horrendous situation that Mindy from the Everett mall did while her policy enforcement of procedure is clearly uneducated. She told my brother he could not exchange items with a reciept without a form of IDwhich is untrue. I even contacted customer service and they said that she was incorrect I asked her to call the customer service line before 9 to fix his problem she declined and also she allow someone else to use my ID while I wasn't present in the store which I believe is very very illegalcustomer service and they said that she was incorrect I asked her to call the customer service line before 9:00 to fix this problem she declined and also she allow someone else to use my ID while I wasn't present in the store which I believe is very very illegal so I came back to Lynnwood Washington mall where the service is absolutely amazing and they fixed everything of course Rebecca is the most helpful Victoria's Secret staff I've ever met so I came back to Lynnwood Washington Mall where the service is absolutely amazing and they fixed everything of course Rebecca is the most helpful Victoria's Secret employee I've ever met and that is saying alot when I have traveled to over 500 stores. She deserves a raise and a bonus for going above and beyond. You need to send her to replace Mindy while Mindy gets the proper training she needs

I went to return 2 bras I got online in the wrong size and was helped by an associate named Kyla. (hope spelling is correct) Not only was she extremely friendly she also helped me find the right size in store, as well as helped me pick different colors online for one bra, and hooked me up with the sale going on so I got a 3rd bra for free!! Couldn't be happier. Her customer service skills are incredible she was such a sweetheart! Give her a raise!!!
