First time at this location, Noah made it very welcoming. Pre Exam and Exam went well though it was super fast and quick. Nice selection of glasses to choose from. Went for a bit of a bold color this time. Noah made it super easy and simple when getting glasses with my insurance. With it being end of year they seemed really busy but still Amazing service and didn't feel rushed on picking out glasses. I put 4 star as did feel a slight rush on exam but it is the end of year. Noah was the BEST!!! Can't wait to pick up my new glasses.

In the area for Christmas vacation and Noah was able to fix my glasses quickly on a last minute notice! Great service, large selection, and polite staff. Highly recommend!

Everyone was very nice and efficient. The doctor and all of the staff were helpful and informative while making me feel comfortable. Noah was welcoming and helped me pick out a pair of glasses that best suited my face shape. Thanks to the team!

Everyone at Visionworks is Amazing, the service, technology and speed which they deliver quality time to build glasses that have fit my needs has received all the stars ⭐️ After a much needed 2 year check up I went in and had my prescription changed to better suit my eyes just in time for the Holidays! Now everything shines brighter and better! From on recommended peer to another, I would give them a shot.

This place is one of the most friendliest kindest eye places I’ve been too, clean, organized, and ALL Employees went above and beyond with the kindest care EVER. They even repaired my sisters broken pair of glasses too.Thank you, Haven, Joy, Tali, and DR. Won tae yoo so much.I mean this in the sincerest way possible, this place is the BEST.

Perfect service! I’ve been working in customer service for over a decade and can always tell when people deliver a good experience. First time there and everyone was super friendly. Noah was super sweet got me checked in and all set with a new pair after my appointment. Joy and Dr. Won Tae Yoo were super informative and talked me through every detail in the exam so I wasn’t overwhelmed or confused one bit. I’m someone who (now) needs to be getting my exam at least once a year and will definitely be back!

Had such a good experience here! They gave me contacts to go home with that day because I didn’t have any, informed me of the best possible prices and were generally just a really great group of people. it was Noah Karen tali and joy and they were so helpful! As well as Dr. Yoo who was extremely informed and truly seems like he knows what he’s doing

Amazing experience getting my eye exam and picking out glasses. All the staff were kind, courteous and efficient. And for the 1st time in wearing contacts for 20 years they had a trial pair of my contact lenses that I received that day too! Highly recommend.

Was prescribe the wrong contacts. Was told could not return contact and it my fault for opening and trying the contacts. Had to call insurance company, waits for weeks, and had to pay fees all over again. They were not in it just for the money. Painful experience and vsp owning stores increases the price on patients. This is an example of worst patient experience and higher cost.

GREAT experience: fast, friendly and affordable.After a change of insurance and having to find a new Optometrist, I found Visionworks through my insurance portal. While I was not happy to have to find a new place for my eye exams and was dreading the paperwork, Tali at Visionworks was incredibly professional and the process was SUPER easy. I loaded my info into their admissions form online (literally took 2 minutes). I arrived, they greeted me and we got started with the exam ASAP. I'm talking, NO wait. Tali did the intake and took the initial readings, retinal scan, etc... He explained every step of the process, why were doing what we were doing and what the machine was doing. At every step of the way he was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He took me to see Dr. Yoo right after (again, no wait....). Dr. Yoo was also incredibly friendly and efficient. We did the health exam in under 10 minutes and he clearly explained what was going on and what to expect in the future.I would HIGHLY recommend going to Visionworks. I will be long time repeat customer (...as long as my insurance keeps them in network, of course).Big thanks to Noah, Tali and Dr. Yoo. Looking forward to picking up my new frames.

The gentleman that helped me was very nice and helpful. The doctor and nurses were very helpful as well. I left the appointment, with intent to purchase lenses and frames elsewhere, however after re-considering I decided to return and the same gentleman helped me. He was again, very helpful and personable. Glad I came back!
