This pharmacy needs serious improvement in how it treats people. The staff inside were rude, dismissive, and clearly not trained in basic customer service. It’s unacceptable to be spoken to with such attitude when all you’re trying to do is get help. There’s no excuse for this kind of behavior in a place that’s supposed to offer care and support. I truly hope they reconsider how they interact with the customers.

Unfortunately, my experience at this pharmacy was deeply disappointing. The staff inside showed a clear lack of professionalism and courtesy. Their behavior toward customers was abrupt and disrespectful, with no effort to provide proper assistance or even basic politeness. It's truly frustrating to walk into a pharmacy expecting care and instead be met with impatience and poor attitude. I hope management takes serious steps to improve the quality of service and train their team to treat people with the respect they deserve.

Easy in and out, parking close to the doors, ready to spot from the street, and they have a dual lane drive thru pharmacy. There's a pretty decent selection of retail things in addition to their many pharmacy items. They also have a great selection of chocolates. :D

I would never ever go to this location, they lied about my refill,they said no refill has been received,. I called the other location in Shoreline they said it's there in the system and I have to call this place.

I went to fet my RX filled only because CVS was already closed. A woman i believe her name was Siena asked for my insurance card. I showed her but she kept.saying you need another card. I pointed out on my card the part about pharmacy and the number but it seemed like she didn't want to do any work. She told me i need to call that number and get more information. I explained that i have never had any issues with any other pharmacy and she told me to go where i haven't had to provide any of that. So i did. I got my rx and will go to CVS where I have never had a problem like this.

Waited over an hour on hold. Gave up and walked in. Showed up to learn that the prescription I dropped off 4 days ago was switched from LNI to private insurance without consulting me.
At no point was I told. I only learned when I went to go pick up the medication.
I don't blame the staff, rather they just seem so incredibly overwhelmed that they can't keep up and maybe make mistakes.
As far as the prescription pickup and drop off experience, I would recommend going anywhere else.

I came in and needed a prescription ready and one of the ladys asked her manager multiple times for help because she didn't know what she was doing and it was a prescription for my pet waited nearly more than 30 min then basically told me would you like to receive a text when it'd be ready and its been 2 whole days and I haven't heard anything and I called them today and so far I've been on hold for 10 minutes so far...how long does it take to finish helping someone then move onto the next customer

There are seven people in line and four people working in the pharmacy. Yet only one person is working the window, split between the window and drive through. Why? Such awful management.
The people working here do their best, but look like they're so done with people's crap. (Which is valid.) I wish Walgreens treated their workers better and gave them better working conditions.

VERY slow to fill prescriptions. Extremely understaffed.
