This company is a scam. Tried to get us to pay for a “delinquent” payment, when we have never had a vehicle towed, ever. They Listed off a dozen addresses, non of which we have lived at and then told us because we refuse to pay the balance (which we offered to pay by they refused to give us any info) on a vehicle that didn’t belong to us then told us to find another company and hung up on us.

Called these guys to get my work truck towed, told them the make, model and year of my truck and that it was a cube van and the guy on the phone was rude and making comments about the stuff I have on my truck and that it's over stocked and don't need that much stuff in my truck. What the hell does he know what I need in my truck to do my job?? He said someone would arrive in a hour to 90 mins. The driver arrived right on time, but upon arrival said the cube van was too tall and they needed another truck, and would have to drop the drive line to take to the shop 1.2 miles from where my cube van was at. He said additional $50 and I agree and the driver says I have to go get another truck because the cube van was too tall on flat bed. Ok. So he leaves, I get a call 20 minutes later from the guy who answered the phone and said after the details he got from driver they can't tow the truck now because driver needs a CDL license which I understand but he should have know that from the description of vehicle I gave him on the phone in the first place. The guys poor ass attitude on the phone seemed like a asshole and the waste of time showing up, then leaving to go get another truck then calling and canceling tow was a waste of my time. Get it together over there and someone needs to have a talk with the guy answering the phone because he was an asshole for no reason. Must hate his job. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

These guys were easy to work with and super helpful after my car was stolen, recovered, and brought to their yard. Bryan was willing to cover up a broken window for me to protect the inside against the elements. Amidst a really stressful process of dealing with the theft and coordinating with insurance, a small gesture like that really helped and brought me some relief and just one less thing to worry about. Thanks so much, sir!

I told them to tow my car they only give it a battery service and I told them to take it to the dealership but they still leave it in same spot and it could die again but why didn't they do what's asked of themServices: Battery service

They took good care of my vehicle after it was totaled in rear end accident. Always responsive when calling, patient ,and understanding. Tow yard is secure day and night. Only dislike was that Liberty mutual insurance took a week and a half to remove it.
