They completely destroyed my leather seats and refused to even give me a refund on the detail. Their service was so terrible, they took way longer than they originally said and it was more expensive than the original quote.
My leather seats were rippled and stained. I think their cleaning machine was too hot and it totally warped the leather. Just really dissapointing. Please don't go there.

I made an appointment and get couldn't find it.. but the worker winked at me and said he could figure something out if I want to go to the red Robin across the street for lunch. I was so uncomfortable

I wish I had read more of the reviews before coming here. The quality of the wash was terrible. Dirt inside the door tracks, window tracks, around the gas cap and on the floors. Smudges and streaks on my mirrors and windows where they clearly did not wipe properly. It also seems like they didn’t even steam the seats as promised in their service description. The vehicle was also not ready until half an hour past when they told me to pick it up. Why were you late when the job was so poorly done in the first place?
I do not recommend this business to anyone looking for a legitimate auto detailing service.

I tried giving this company a second shot after they botched one of my vehicles the first time. I had to return the second day in order for them to correct all their mistakes and actually wash the vehicle inside and outside. The first time there was chunks of dirt spots everywhere along the vehicle and the interior had crumbs everywhere. This week I dropped my second vehicle off to give them the benefit of the doubt and, what was promised was not executed. I then again had to drop my second vehicle off a second time for them to do work description. I bring my second vehicle home come to find out the interior is still dirty with obvious marks, dirt, and crumbs everywhere as well as missed wash spots along the exterior. I would never recommend this company to anyone and believe they do a terrible job.

Lack of professionalism and way too overpriced for the work they did. We found many spots that were not taken care of which were quite visible. I would not go back and wouldn't recommend this place to anybody else.

Great company! I’ve been taking my car here for almost 3 years and that car is my pride and joy. They always take really good care of it and it looks AMAZING when I get it back. Highly recommend either location is great!

I used these guys a year ago and my experience was completely different. Last time they did a 5 star job and used small steam instruments, to get every nook of mold out of my car. This job today was so bad that I actually cried a half hr later after picking it up. I was charged 3 hrs for an interior job, but picked up my car and found evidence all over it, that maybe a half hr was spent on it. Places all over the place were missed. Places of filth they missed I was able to rub off with spit and a finger, for me to prove to myself that it was nothing difficult to remove whatsoever. Last time my physical histamine reaction to the mold coming from my floorboard went away because it was done right, this time it didn't and i'll have to go get my car redone somewhere. Its financially devestating with all the other loses i've had to mold, like moving out of my home and having to leave 50% of my belongings behind.

As a returning customer of Washpodd, I’m extremely disappointed by my most recent encounter with the company. In the past, I had always opted for their “Plus” package with good results. It had been a while since our last detail, so I thought I would splurge and go with their best package, the “Detail Max,” which is double the price of the “Plus” package. Unfortunately, the results were quite lackluster.
Several areas of my vehicle appeared to be either missed or only lightly cleaned, which is unacceptable for the premium package. The plastics did not appear fully cleaned and conditioned, there was still pollen and dirt in the door jambs, the tires were not dressed, and the interior was not completely vacuumed. Additionally, the WeatherTech floor covers in the front have a slippery treatment that makes them and anyone’s shoes dangerously slick. The back row and hatch covers did not receive the same treatment, and the hatch cover appears not to have been cleaned at all.
This experience has left me questioning why I paid double the cost for a subpar result. I reached out via email to express my concerns and seek a resolution, but I have not received any response or acknowledgment. This lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns is highly unprofessional. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a new detail company.

I was upset with the service because I paid extra to have pet hair removed but the car still had pet hair, and also to clean the interior of my car but the car detailing that they offer was amazing! , Gabriel the person in charge of the place contacted me to reach a solution since for them it is very important to provide excellent service. So they gave a solution and they are open to give you something if you’re not happy with your service! So i recommend them and you can request a Service with Gabriel also he speaks Spanish.

Went to get my car detailed a few days ago and am very pleased with my service. The booking was easy, drop off/pickup was easy, and my car was left clean inside and out. I will be returning for maintenance cleaning for sure. Thank you to the team at washpodd :)
