Fantastic Service!!! I came in for a full detail. They did an incredible job. They even took out the carpet in my trunk to clean and noticed mold developing on the wood of the floorboard. I got the floorboard replaced, but the mold had spread over my jack, tire, and tools in the trunk. I returned to Washpodd and they did a deep clean of everything, removing all the mold. They were so impressive. 5 stars!!!

I had a great experience with Washpodd. They were able to fit me in last minute on a holiday, and were kind when I arrived a few minutes late due to a toddler diaper emergency. Nathaniel noticed we would need the dog hair add on because we have a Samoyed, which I neglected to mention on the phone when making the appointment - white long hair dog that sheds and we have a dark brown car interior…oops. He seemed concerned about how much they would be able to get done. So I asked if they could just get as much done as possible in the time (~2 hours) and that would be better than nothing. They’re set up at a tent in a parking lot so there’s not a waiting area FYI but it’s right at the mall so I just walked around, although keep in mind most stores don’t open til 10am-11am, especially because I was there on a holiday. When I came back they were finishing up and the car looked fantastic. He charged me $215 which felt more than fair considering 1) I was late, 2) my small SUV was more than just a baseline package given the dog hair 3) it was like my car had been fully detailed. They even vacuumed and cleaned our toddler’s car seat which was a mess.Washpodd is is a great option desperately needed in the area! I drove up from Seattle because otherwise, for an interior car clean, your options are to get your car fully detailed somewhere for $400+ or DIY at Brown Bear - both sucky options when usually I just want a general interior clean that’s more thorough than something I could do.I would definitely recommend them (you’ll need an appointment) - again, Nathaniel was very gracious, accommodating, kind and definitely underpromised and overdelivered, the sign of a good manager/supervisor on behalf of his team. Thank you!

Love the idea of this service, get your car cleaned while you're at the mall or the movies?! Perfect combo! I have booked here three times. The first time I spent 3-4 hours at the mall (the time given to me was 3 hours) and after not hearing back, went to go check and it had not even been started. I was furious and left. The owner did follow up and gave me a discount for the next cleaning which was my daughter's car. I would give that an experience a 4 star. Clean but not sparkling. This last time I took my husbands truck and it will be the last time. Waiting almost 4 hours and didn't hear anything so went to check and they were still working on the outside. Once they saw me they rushed the job and a drive through car wash could have done better. There was dirt and debris under the seats and in the back seat. Value is good I guess but not for the amount of time and it takes and the finished product isn't worth much at all.

They're pretty good! I got their max service for $300, which is actually a pretty good value compared to other detail services. There was a small stain on my front seat, which I didn't point out, that their service cleaned up! The only reason I'm not at a five star is because I specifically pointed out sap on the car as something I wanted them to get at since sap can screw up the paint. When I checked the car upon pick-up, there were three or four pretty big sap drips left. I pointed them out and he cleaned them up on the spot, which was great. I found one more when I got home though :( (I didn't see it because my car was in the parking garage when I packed it up and it was dark). There was also some grime on both front windows above the side view mirrors that I didn't notice before leaving (again, dark garage). If I hadn't pointed out something specific that then wasn't fully attended to, would have easily been a 5

After their "detail boost" service, I noticed numerous dirty spots on my car, which they only cleaned after I pointed them out. Additionally, they forgot to return my car mats without notifying me, and I had to contact them. Their detailing and customer service fell short of expectations. I recommend looking into Eco Car Cafe or Mr. Detail Auto Salon instead.

Honestly wasn't impressed. I bought a WRX two weeks ago and wanted to get it waxed. Selected the wash and two stage wax, $180 dollars. Was supposed to take two hours and wasn't done when I came back two hours later. The guy who worked on it was on the phone when I got there and on the phone when I came back. Didn't buff out all the spots. I had to buff out my truck and side panel. Left wax or car wash streaks on the the windows. I expected a good job for the money but won't be back. Maybe hire someone to answer the phone that isn't detailing cars. Honestly could of done a better job in an hour myself and saved at least an 100 dollars.Services: Full body wash

They scratched my driver side window. I talked with the person that washed my car and with the manager and basically their response was that this cannot happen there because nothing they are using can scratch it. All I know is that the scratch was not there before I dropped the car or else I would have noticed it given how visible it is. The first time I washed the car there a few months ago they did a great job so I was happy to go back. This time the washing was ok but not great, but definitely not worth the risk of getting it scratched and then having to pay out of pocket to get it fixed.Edit: The owner reached out to me the same day and offered to reimburse the cost of the wash. I did not agree to this as the car was clean so the the money for the wash was worth it and we agreed that I will reach back to them after I fix the scratch and he will deduct the cost of fixing the scratch out of the next wash, as I expect the cost of the repair to be less than the wash. Increasing the review to a 3 star for now based on this interaction.

A $5 bag of wet-wipes and 15 mins I could have done a better job. I now have a splotchy shined car that's sealed in a sh*tty clean job. Not to mention I had to walk the owner around the car to show him all the spots that weren't even cleaned. I would think a cupholder would be cleaned in my order. Not to mention being almost 15 mins. late to the appointment. If I hadn't have paid cash, this is dispute worthy. When he arrived almost 15 mins late to the 'pop up car wash' in the Alderwood Mall, I knew better.

I was really hopeful that this detailing service would amaze me and be worth the money I spent, but unfortunately I’m underwhelmed.I was able to get an appointment day-of which was really convenient so that won some points. Also, the location is great and also convenient placing your business outside the mall.I see you mr. washpod ceo.Now for my disappointment in this service.I arrived a few minutes early since I wasn’t sure what to expect. The two men working that day didn’t seem to be too jazzed to be there let alone have any customer service skills to speak of. Its a bit off-putting to interact with the employees. Also, even though the concept of this business is quite innovative, I am not an advocate for the way they do business and charge customers. That and the fact the employee that showed me my car hovered over me waiting for a tip made me feel uncomfortable/unsafe.In their defense, I will assume they are making minimum wage or just over so they rely on tips to bridge that gap for their living wage, so I understand to a point. But still wasn’t a comfortable experience. My appointment and service was to take 2 hours and the charge was $130. I handed over my keys and did a little shopping why I waited. When it was 5 I returned to WashPod expecting my car to be ready but one of the employees asked for another 30 minutes. And then another 20 minutes. My appointment that was supposed to be 2 hours turned into 3+.When I was given the keys I was told to look over the car and the exterior. Exterior was a 6/10 (didn’t wash mirrors or windows and could still see/feel dirt and grime on the paint). My car wasn’t very dirty on the inside whatsoever (even an employee said that “your car isn’t even dirty”, so I was mostly pleased with the interior which I’d give 8/10 but only because I’ve had my car since April and I’m not one to keep a messy car.Anyway, as I drove away and the sun caught my windows and mirrors, I was very disappointed that my windshield wasn’t cleaned on the outside or the inside in which you can see marks from something being stuck on the windshield from the dealership. As well as my mirrors and door jams. So $130 got me what I could have done by myself in 1 hour. Awesomeeeee.Overall, I wouldn’t recommend unless you have money to throw around and are too lazy to clean your own car. If you do, then more power to you.I will come back only for one reason which is I was gifted a gift card to WashPod for Christmas, and now it’s summer and I want my boy to sparkle! So with my left over $66 maybe I’ll get it vacuumed and washed one last time before the fall. ??♀️

When I went to washpodd I had no clue what it was at first but when one of the workers, Nathaniel, came up and explained what the business is, it got me really interested. He explained what a clay bar and ceramic coating does and the purpose of it. I made an appointment and he did the outside of my my car (clay bar and ceramic coating) and wow did my car turn out so great and now that it has been over a month it’s still looking really good. Overall I had a great experience and I learned so much information from Nathaniel about detailing services. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and seriously knows what he is doing. I will definitely come back.Services: Clay bar treatment

Had my Subaru WRX detailed by Washpodd and had a great experience throughout the whole process. Nathaniel was informative of all potential additions/service during the inspection and Bryon made the car look beautiful again! Couldn’t be any happier with the service and execution!Services: Steam cleaning

I experienced a very similar case where the employee tries to upcharge. My vehicle is practically new and just needed basic clean (my car is literally only a couple months old and I’ve already cleaned exterior/interior a few times already but decided to not do the extra work) - well apparently I needed to pay more for them to even want to work on my car. I believe it was the manager that called me as soon as I drove off saying I would need to be a “member” to schedule for the basic as this is for people who go more frequently…. Apparently a new car that they happened to see one dog hair I need to pay more. Just to point out my dog is hypoallergenic that hardly sheds but b/c they saw my dog seat cover to protect my seats they mentioned that I had dog hair that they wouldn’t be able to clean. I felt I was being scammed after that but since they took the time to call me back it shows they care about their company I will give 2 stars. Thank you but no thanks:)

What you can't see can be remedied with their steam clean processes. Musty stubborn mold, away! They accommodated me amidst their busy schedules. Now I know better, and will be scheduling my regular deep cleans with this crew.
