Went to get notary Signature for the power of attorney document. Went in after making appointment. But the staff is very ignorant, doesn't respect appointments. He will come every 30 minutes look at document and say format need to be changed. When we ask him for example he will say Google it and go. After 2 hours got angry and asked him show me examples atleast from Google,since Google doesn't have any in the format they wanted. After that he saying initial format we showed itself is good and went away for another 30 minutes. Such a waste of time. Walk in to his building if you want to lose your cool and come back home stressed.To Welsfargo bank. If your notary new, educate them before putting them for customer service. Customer service is not a practice ground for your new notary.

I was at the bank to get the notary service . The person who helping me was very unprofessional not respectful at all. I thought I have a bank a can really on the way she treat me making me to look another bank . She is a terrible to do a customer service job . Wow I was so mad . I give 1 star the service i got I want to give 0 star but you can’t you have to do one star . Very disappointed very very .

I went to this location this morning to open a new checking account, there was NO customer except 4 employees and one of the clerk rolled his eyes first and said they are booked the whole day, I was gonna laugh. First impressions is important, if I have to trust thus bank with MY money, No clerk should roll eyes on your customers. I will take by business somewhere else.

The tellers were really polite and friendly. I went to a different branch and was told I needed to make an appointment with a banker to change the name on my account, but I came here and they helped me right away without an appointment. Thank you!

Not very helpfull staff, Waited atleast over an hour for banker to help me out, got fed up and left the building without resolving my issue. I'm closing my wells fargo account.

They are absolute liars.. Sonia is the worst of them all!!! She blames everyone for everything even though she's in charge. Her people are rude and slobs, eating at their desks, ignoring customers. Why Wells Fargo hires these incompetent children to run our banking institutions just shows how greedy and stupid they are

This was the rudest banker I have dealt with. After making an appointment on line at the Mukiteo branch to meet with a banker at Alderwood, we waited 4 days to meet only to be turned down by banker LEA because we apparently were not on her list. She had absolutely NO customers but still refused to help my mother (who is 98 by the way and took all her strength to come out in the first place) and walked away from me. Literally turned her back on me and ignored me. If this is the type of people that Wells Fargo employ, I will gladly withdraw all of our funds and my mothers too and bank with another institution. This has been a fiasco.

I don’t typically leave reviews but I felt compelled to with probably the highest level of customer service I’ve ever experienced in a bank before. My interactions at this branch have always been positive, but today, The manager Leanna was truly exceptional, going above and beyond for all of my banking needs. Thank you, Leanna!

First of all I want to make it clear the tellers have always been very friendly and helpful. However, the manager has been anything but. In the past year I have needed to speak with a banker on two occasions. On the first occasion, after taking care of my teller transaction, I asked the teller if I could make an appoint to see a banker. The teller walked to the manager to relay my request and I heard her tell the teller I would have to make it on-line, which I was not able to do. Not much customer service. Then on 3 December I went to the bank to withdraw some Christmas money and after completing that transaction, I requested an appointment to have my signature notarized on a document. The same manager said they had no appointments for a week which surprised me. So I requested one on the 13th or 14th of the month and was told the first availability was 20 Dec, 16 days later. All I got from her was sorry! 16 days to be able to get 5-10 minutes for a notary is unsatisfactory. If I ever need the assistance of a banker in the future, be assured I will not go to this branch and I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 30 years! By the way, I called the branch on 198th St in Lynnwood Monday morning 6 December (because they were temporarily closed for training on Friday 3 Dec) and received an appointment on 7 December.
