Took a stroll thru this particular store/location a week or so ago. $20 for a single crème brûlée ramekin??? Absolutely shameful! (Ordered 4 from a competitor’s website for the same cost!)Not sure what is happening in the minds of those on high at WS, but I will be avoiding shopping with them at all costs from now on. RIP

Horrible customer service. I ordered (05.30) espresso machine. It came broken. Right away called them and of course I have to return it. I did (even if i wasnt happy with all this hassle to take heavy box to ups). Still waiting on new machine ( I see thr old one didn't even arrived in destination) Asked them if I get some recompense or some discount off the expensive machine. They can't offer anything. It wasn't my fault it came broken and they should be more friendly to customers. I should already have it and drink my coffee but I'm still waiting. Not happy at all. Definitely not recommending to order from them.

My son and I arrive promptly at 11 a.m. May 14th for the Mother’s Day pasta making class. We were super excited for the class due to our love of the culinary arts. However, we were deeply disappointed when the store associate informed us that due to past events where no one showed up and today they were short-staffed they were not having the pasta making class. To say the least we were disappointed and Williams Sonoma did not make a very good first impression..they had decided to cancel since in the past no one has shown up and today they were short-staffed. Sorry Williams Sonoma your first impression was a failure.

Went and did one of the pasta making classes for Mother’s Day, was a little hectic in getting it set up but the staff made everything an enjoyable experience. Big Shoutout to Angel, who led the class and did so well given the last minute circumstances

Wanted to show support for the brick and mortar store and those employees, so I suited up and showed up at the Lynnwood store. The person who waited on me was very nice, and tried to be helpful, which I appreciated. That said, they had 2 of the 5 items I went in to purchase, although all items were available on the website The woman who waited on me offered to order items online, but I can stay home and do that and bypass the whole mall experience to boot. One of the items I wanted to buy in person was a jar of truffle salt, because the last time I bought a jar online, I was sent a jar that was due to expire shortly. This time, they were out of the brand I usually buy and the replacement is not as good as what I went in to buy, so I need to figure out if it's worth it to make another trip to the mall for a return. I'd like to support the actual store, but it needs to work for me.
