I felt very uncomfortable asking an employee for some help grabbing an item that was hanging out of reach because of her body language, attitude, and sluggishness when I approached her for help and the way she responded when I asked questions. She made it clear that she did not like having to help me, no matter how kind and respectful I tried to be to purposely try and see if I could change her energy towards me but it didn’t.

Beautiful selection of dresses and clothing wear. But the staff could really use some work. It’s school season. That means Homecoming, Tolo, Winter Ball, Prom and many other formal dances.
The staff is rude, snappy, lacks integrity and customer service skills. As a Manager myself, I appalled how this store is being managed and handled during a high stress time. This is their money making season.
Two sections of dressing rooms and one line.Causing significant wait times and product loss. They need to do better and be better.

The employee that showed me and my friend to our dressing room was extremely mean to us and everyone else in line. No matter how polite I tried to be, she was giving us attitude, threatening to put us at the back of the line, and being snarky.

Incredible selection of dresses. I had to find a very niche dress to match my boyfriend for a wedding we are attending in the last minute, I found the perfect dress! Their selection is super diverse and I was surprised they had all the dresses I liked that were on the website. Just make sure you like the dress because you can't return many items.

Had a terrible experience with the employee Tia.. I asked for help and she was so rude from the beginning. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but I took my business elsewhere.

Today, I went to the Windsor at Alderwood Mall to look for a dress for my birthday. I was looking, trying on a few outfits, but I couldn’t find anything that I liked. I was honestly feeling discouraged. Sometimes, shopping for outfits for myself, can be really hard. I usually see an outfit (whether it’s on the rack or on a mannequin) and I love it, but when I try it on, I hate how it looks on me. So, I usually tend to avoid shopping all together. But today, two sales associates named Tasia and Lydia helped me tremendously! I asked them for their opinion on what a good outfit would be for me to go out in for my birthday today and what would look good on me. They looked all around the store for dresses for me to try on, made me feel really comfortable and were so sweet! The dress that they found for me in particular looked AMAZING on me!! I was blown away! I knew instantly that I wanted to buy it. Then, they also helped me to find another dress that I could wear on the daily and it looked great on me too! These two wonderful humans made me feel beautiful and I can’t thank them enough for all of their help! I hope when I go back to Windsor, they’ll be there. They made today really great for me. I appreciate Tasia and Lydia so much! Thanks y’all!!

Ordered for grandkids banquet. You pay rush delivery. They tell you for over a week it's out for delivery. It's too late for event. After you tell them it's too late for dress and they will refund your money minus $23.95. Then they show up after refund notification and your stuck jumping through hoops trying to return the dress. And having to pay postage. And you find a warning that the product they make has chemicals on clothes that may cause cancer and birth defects. Not good.

Love the selection at this store !! Great dresses for fair prices ! Customer service does need help tho I mean I walked around looking for a dress for 20 minutes while the girls chatted and laughed and talked about how much longer they have until they get to go home and not one of them asked if I needed help finding anything or even say hi . But it’s ok because I found what I needed and def will be coming back. I def wish they had more large sizes tho . The store is nice and clean and very organized. They need to work on the customer service tho.

The worst store, customer service HORRIBLE... EXTREMELY RUDE... Never returning... AVOID.... the 2 ladies (African American) is pathetic not friendly at all... no manners TERRIBLE! Store needs to hire better employees with customer service experience and friendly.
