For the love of God stay far far away. Of the six apt complexes that I have lived in from a scale of 1-6 best to worse I would rank this one number 72. The apartments are nice and they do a fair job of keeping up the grounds for the most part. I got my CAT stolen and a few people have had their cars stolen. Even though there are cameras in the parking lot, management says those are for catching residents who dispose of things in the refuge area that don’t fit in the dumpster. Sometimes the garbage does not get picked up, the management tells us to keep it in our homes instead of putting in the refuge area. Management has sent out some very demeaning emails about policy. I feel sorry for the Maint. Man, he is really nice and he has to work with that little lady that has a huge chip on her shoulder.

The apartment is beautiful and I love the location, everything is just so sleek? But, if you have bad neighbors your completely screwed. My neighbors have been stomping and screaming and they ascend staff do NOTHING. This place could’ve been amazing.

I am so excited to be moving to Ascend and starting over with my family. The transition has been very smooth and everyone I have has interactions with, just totally above and beyond. The property manager Veronica to Taylor in leasing, to Sarah! I can’t thank them enough for making this possible! I highly suggest Ascend!

We’ve been here a few months and already love it, the process of applying and moving in has been such a dream with the help of Danielle, Alina, & Ruslan! The staff is so kind and knowledgeable! They help whenever possible and listen to any concerns you may have. The property itself is so nice and clean, I love the landscaping and the amenities. The apartment is beautiful and the maintenance staff is responsive and quick! So glad we decided to live here! & it’s in walking distance to so many shops and restaurants and even the high school is only about a 10 minute walk away! Also elementary and middle school bus stop is right in front of apartments!

This property is beautiful and very clean! The property manager Danielle is so personable and incredibly helpful. Every time I go into the office she welcomes me by name and makes me feel right at home.

I lived here for a year. Dani and her team (Ruselan, Elahna, and Alena) have been great with their response to concerns/questions/maintenance items. They are passionate and enjoy their work. Thank folks for making my experience there enjoyable.

I absolutely loved living here before buying my first home. The staff is amazing. Especially Dani. She was the most helpful throughout living there. She was always happy to help whenever we needed something or had any questions. I highly recommend them. Lots of parking and a beautiful gym and common area. Go check them out!!

Great neighborhood, perfect location behind a major grocery store. It’s a new type of modern set up. Cabinetry doesn’t match on purpose and that’s odd. This complex is honestly not worth the rent that they are asking.

Horrible place to live, overall, the rules are never enforced except for those that already obey them, otherwise nothing is done about anything. People smoke on the property, right in front of your door, and management does nothing, even when shown pictures of someone engaging in the act. Cigarette butts, and the stench, is everywhere. They don't deice the property in winter, even if people fall. The businesses on the property, such as the nail, and hair salon, all use the same utility services that residents do, so expect to pay a fortune for water, and sewage, since those businesses use A LOT! This also means the dumpsters are always full, since the businesses don't have their own, and garbage is frequently strewn about everywhere. Almost no one cleans up after their dogs, so p*** is everywhere. The last time we were there, we were afraid to take our dogs into the dog park, because it was covered in p**** which is a health hazard. We lived there for over 2 years, and even with a management change, nothing was fixed. Expect the police to be called so frequently, you could probably make bank selling tickets to spectators. The construction of the first couple of buildings is okay, but once you get to D, and go in into K; it seems they became rushed, and stopped caring about doing things well. Cabinet doors are crooked, screens are loose, floors are not level, the water pressure is terrible... I could go on, and on, but you get the idea. To top it all off, when you leave, management will lie, and claim you never informed them of any such issues. We DO NOT recommend living here. You can live in better places for the same, or even less money.

I am extremely excited to be Home! Tanner is absolutely fantastic at doing what needs to be done in order to get moved in quickly. Tanner delivered as he offered when he said he would work with me to make this place home, for me and my girls. I have had nothing but great service with the office staff working with me on any and everything i have needed. i recommend this community for anyone ready to find their "Home"

I lived here for 18 months. During that time, they underwent a change in management about three times. At the last transition, Avenue 5 Apartments had managed the complex. The grounds are not well maintained, garbage is overflowing and dog p*** is scattered all over the grounds. The pool is not well maintained either and remains uncovered throughout the winter. I had mouse p*** in a couple of my cupboards as well, in a brand new apartment even.Contract states that you need to leave the apartment adequately cleaned upon checkout, which I did, but still got charged the cleaning fees. Billing department is rude and onsite staff have poor follow up. I wouldn't plug your money into this place. There are better places in the Maple Valley area with better customer service.

As a person who is transitioning from home ownership to apartment living I have greatly appreciated the willingness of Tanner in answering all of my questions. I had very specific needs for an apartment and he worked very hard at being sure those needs could be met.
