They had good customer service, but they were unable to do the nail design properly. They took over an hour an a half to do one fill? The design doesn’t look professionally done, there were lots of blemishes.Services: Acrylic nails

I got my lashes done here. The lash technician was extremely nice and she knew that I myself am a lash technician we also discussed products that she uses and she uses nothing but the best Nova Lash I even saw her Nova Lash Blue and Nova Lash eyelashes very very good quality! Highly recommend!

Mai does an amazing job on lash extensions! I had gotten a set somewhere else that had caused my natural lashes to become very thin & basically destroyed. Bellissimo helped nurse them back to health & they are very friendly!

I will post photos once I've showered with my new lashes & will update on maintenance - full set out the door $200 I decided to try it. Lashes. I told myself it will save me time. It will be convenient. I do not anticipate any windfall of savings over buying mascara. It's an experiment and so far it's fun. I booked on line (LOVE that feature) Mai called me at my app time. Good thing since I had just determined I was at the wrong lash salon. In the wrong Parking lot. In a neighboring city. She was super patient and sent me a text link I could open in my maps. Also she didn't really make a big deal about the fact I was late because I had driven 20 miles round trip to a salon that is 3.5 miles from my home. Approximately. Mai is lovely to chat with through masks and was patient while I adjusted to a surprise bout with claustrophobia once my face and eyes were all covered. (Note to anyone with similar issues) The standard cost for a full natural set is $135 tip not included. When Mai confirmed this with me, and my eyes were taped shut all I heard was "$135" and "natural". I briefly considered natural lashes when I had the option of BOMB lashes. I corrected her "glamour" lashes was closer to what I had hoped for when I arrived late. She was so cute. I'm not sure she believed me. Three times she repeated the question but in three different ways (clever psychology Mai). I really wanted flirty fun lashes and I really wanted her to know this. I recited something resembling a verbal contract and she proceeded. The different booking programs on line suggest booking 60-120 minutes for a full set. With all of my newly discovered isms and phobias I was out the front door and on my way, in 60 minutes, complete with a pretty pink brush to brush my lashes after I shower (I thought she was joking). The final cost for the adventure of the day was $200 ($175 plus $25 tip). I'm not sure how that stacks up Comparatively for cost or tip but I expect to figure that out by the time I go back for lash maintenance and book a nail appointment.

Been to this salon twice now, once for a full set of lashes and today for my fill. Hellen has been amazing both times, she takes the time to ask questions about what length you want and how full (I like them very natural and she’s nailed it both times!) She is Efficient and cares about her work. The other staff I’ve spoken with are nice and friendly as well! I’ve had lashes done at other places, but hellen and bellissimo salon is where I’m staying.Service: Eyelash extensions

If you need your nails or brows done, they waxed my eyebrows so fast and it turned out really well! I haven't had my brows waxed in 15 years since I usually get them threaded. This was my first time trying out this nail salon in the maple valley area! I originally scheduled an appointment for just a regular pedicure then saw how quick it was to get it waxed I thought to myself I might as well since I'm here. The nail technician I had was really sweet and has a great leg/foot massage. It's a cute shop overall and a plus for being next to a coffee shop and mod pizza for food options.

Got acrylic nails they put on my nails with mma glue had a hard time getting the nails off glue was gummy big mess, while I was there getting my nails done was ignored they spoke Chinese the whole time I was there not going back

This place is absolutely AMAZING! I needed to book a last minute appointment for my beautiful wife, and they went above and beyond to accommodate. I appreciated it so much. Their service was the best. I highly recommend Bellissimo Lashes and Nails!

I went in for a lash lift. I still had some glue on my lashes when I left. I’ve gotten lash lifts done elsewhere so I know the process & there shouldn’t be any residue on your lashes. I went here because it’s closer. Not worth it! To top it off, the woman(Mai) kept asking me if I had cash for tip or if she should add it the total before charging my card. The audacity!

Love my lashes that Mai did for me! She was kind, efficient and did an excellent job. Happy to have a place in Maple Valley that does quality lash extensions. I’ll be back!
