The tellers are kind and inviting. Dominick was especially speedy for my deposit today even though he was the only teller working in a Friday around noon. (Maybe another employee was on break.) Seems like he is on his own a lot though because the last time I came in he was trying to juggle customers inside and in drive-thru by himself. It would be great if some of the staff working at the desks could jump in to help, especially when customer satisfaction is important to Chase. I often see employees at the desks not on a phone call nor with a customer.

Have only had minimal interaction with drive up tellers, who have always been great. But today we needed to do some account changes which required going into the branch. Was directed to speak to the only available person. Initially she looked as if she was helping a customer but we quickly could tell from the conversation that she was having a personal conversation - after waiting 10 minutes - we left. I then called the branch to see about doing the account change over the phone. The guy that answered said, you have to come into the branch. When I explained what happened, he proceeded to be defensive and defend her actions. Sad for our first time experience at this branch and sad to see in Maple Valley.

Tellers are usually are warm & inviting ~ the branch manager (Jessica Cheney) can come across passive aggressive who seems to protect her staff above the customers. Unable to listen with an open mind & heart to a concern. Sadly biased, dismissive & unaware of her defensive character/communication skills. I hope she'll one day humble out because Chase is better than that. Long time customer.
