I live out of the county, but stopped in here since I was in the area. I saw that Starbucks Christmas blend was 30% off, so decided to grab 3 for gifts along with a few other things. I didn't notice until I got home that the coffee rang up full price. I wrote to the store and submitted my receipt. It's been 3 weeks and nothing. I know $15 isn't a ton of money, but I wouldn't have bought it full price.

I'm so pleased with the Lake Wilderness QFC's delivery and pick up!!! So easy to use and makes us feel safe and protected. They're always very friendly. Yes, sometimes they are out of some things but for the most part they try to suggest substitutes or just do a refund.

I found out tonight that qfc at least this one empties all their garbage cans into a grocery cart to take all the garage to the dumpster then puts the grocery cart back for people to put their food in. I questioned the supervisor and asked if they have a designated cart for garage she said they do not and that they just use a random cart. I was so discussed that I left!

Why does Deb (Debby) still have a job at this location? She is rude to every single person she interacts with. We have had family visit from out of town and ask about the rude dark haired woman named Deb (Debby) who works here and they have nothing nice to say about her either. It's bringing the entire store down. Time for Deb to retire. On a more positive note, almost all of the other employees are alright, with a few truly amazing ones in the mix. Our favorite checker is Kim! She is always engaging and kind. I would like to give this store a higher rating but Deb (Debby) is bringing the rating down to a solid 2 stars, especially since she seems to be "working" every single time we come in. If she were to quit/be fired I'd bump the rating way up!

I came in to this store at 9:24pm to get a money order, and employees were disrespectful and they said money orders are closed. There website says 10pm...then an employee said to another employee "what is he trying to make me work?" Isn't that why you are there. save yourself the hassle and go to Fred Meyer they have employees who actually want to work, then self centered disrespectful...sorta employees. Plus they close at 10pm and all the stands close at 9....the employees just sit around for the last hour. Then their employees call you an idiot lol.

Expecting another snowstorm tomorrow, I called (since all the stores were bare shelves) spoke with a lovely gal Taylor, at 11:40pm asking if they had a load coming tomorrow. She went the extra mile to go find out. Milk, bread tomorrow and a trailer of freight was just dropped. She also advised I call before I head over tomorrow and told me the hours of bread and milk deliveries. Super helpful customer service with a smile I could hear on the phone. Meanwhile, the store was still packed at this late hour. I hope her or her parents read this. We need more people like her around. Thank you Taylor!

Ok selection and clean. However I'm not sure anyone works here. No cashiers at 7 pm on a Saturday night. Not even one. I don't mind scanning my own stuff but when I have a cart full it's downright annoying. I think I'll try a different location next time.

In the self check out and the damn manager accused me of intentionally selecting "small Granny Smith apples" instead of the "large Granny Smith apples". Like, what? I didn't even know there were two different options. It's been weeks since this incident and I still have flash backs. Lol. Couldn't believe she suggested I was trying to steal from QFC by trying to "get away" with discount apples. Makes me angry even writing this.

A good QFC, the store is clean and the staff is mostly friendly. There is one employee is usually, prickly, it depends on the day but I suppose that the case with most people. I enjoy the options that are offered and unlike the Fred Meyer's in Maple Valley they have consistently stocked almond milk creamer! The produce is fresh, the flowers last a decent time. The florist if there is always willing to make the bouquet even more beautiful! They seem to have more selections of higher end stuff than Fred Meyer's. The price isn't as cheap as Freddie's but cheaper than Safeway. They don't have one section dedicated to "health foods" or specialty foods. Those are mixed in with everything else. They do have a cold section that's vegetarian and vegan products. We like it and if I can't make it to Freddie's then I'll stop by here.

Night manager rudely told me I can no longer return my twin Brook milk bottles in for the deposit with out a receipt as if I stole them. Who steals empty milk bottles? And if they do what problem is it of theirs. If my milk bottles get stolen it's my problem, not theirs. Also to suggest They might be stolen biased on appearance? They get the deposit refunded on the bottles from twin Brook.... same as I do....they have no problem charging me for the deposit. I'm sorry I'm not going to carry around a stack of receipts so I can do business at your shity store. Don't sell real local milk if you can't handle a local process that has been in place for 140 years. These people don't support local family businesses obviously. They would rather sell their GMO mass produced products they get for pennies on the dollar with non biodegradable plastic that ends up sometimes becoming litter. Come to my road...I'll show ya. F*** people are so stupid. They need to drop a bomb on this country I swear to god...they have succeeded at dumbing the country down to walking brain dead zombies. Please north Korea...just nuke the country it's over...somebody please blow this country off the map. Shave the planet clean of stupidity. Make sure to start at maple valley QFC during the night shift....

It is so dark and dirty in here. Every time I'm in, there are only two people running the whole show too. The selection is not good. The prices are not bad though and the produce is of good quality.

Almost everytime I shop here I am treated like I don't exist. Rarely will I be greeted at the cashier and often they are carrying on a conversation with other cashiers when I am checking out. Once when asking for a location of an item they just told me where it was while four of them were hanging out by the self check out. If this wasn't the only grocery store near where I live I would shop elsewhere. Often I plan to buy groceries at Safeway on way home from work just to avoid shopping here. The prices here are not that great so customer service should be paramount.

Do most of my shopping here since it is so close to home. They have some great deals most of the time. Starbucks is located not only in the shopping center here but also inside QFC, they also have a Red Box inside QFC. They are usually open till 10pm every night except Sunday, which makes it nice if you forgot something u needed for morning, which I tend to do a ton of. Bakery is great, they have a GREAT selection! Try the lemon cake, it is to die for! The meat counter is always open, I never have to wait. Not to mention great service and the nicest cashiers! Had my hands full and the gentlemen came over took my basket I was carrying (loaded to the gills) and said I will take care of you. They always offer to assist with my grocreys to my car when I get a ton of stuff. Just great service. If I look lost when I am looking for something, someone is there to ask if they can help me find something. Wonderful employees! They have a great organic section, firewood if you need it and starter logs, which can sometimes be a pain to find. Great place, great service, great location and great wine selection!
