My husband passed away and I now have the issue of his huge computer "stuff" This guy has been over the top helpful in his advice of what to do with what. Bob had a lot of leftovers from the store he once had in Renton so there's a lot of things to figure out how to get rid of.Thanks for taking the time to help. It’s been most appreciated.

Horrible experience!! Owner replaced a key board with defective one that made arrow drift all the time making it impossible to use the computer. Than he "cleaned " my computer and presented me with a bill that never been discussed. I end up with laptop that I am not able to use and over $300 bill.

BEWARE! He will rip you off. I took my laptop in for new hinges and screws that came loose, it was was performing just fine when I dropped it off. When he called me with the charges, I questioned the charges and told him I was being overcharged, I could of bought a new laptop with that bill and told him off. The moment I opened my laptop when I got home it started to show signs of crashing, then the blue screen, my laptop crashed. I called him several times, left several messages and he never returned any of my phone calls.

Highly recommend and use their service again and again. As a real estate agent/local author, how did I ever manage my important documents going to clients and business partners, as well as my books and parcels without them? I don't know! :) But I am extremely grateful that they are near me! The reliable services they offer of mail & parcel deliveries help grow and sustain my business. I gave three stars since he didn’t actually do any billable services, so in fairness I can’t comment on his workmanship.I dropped something off and I thought he was borderline rude over the phone. Read the reviews and asked for it back, he asked why and I told him I read the reviews. This what he said next:“if you believe reviews I don’t want to work for you anyway”.Turns out the reviews WERE accurate, he IS rude.

Where to start? This business owner has the most explosive attitude/ temper I have ever run across, and he puts himself in the position to start problems with customers for no reason. Just the worst ever to deal with. Several days late, he calls me finnaly to say my computer is done. I siad ok.. where can income get it... he refused to give me a pick up address and persists to tell me i can get it from my wife as she is the one who picked it up the first time he had it days 2 weeks prior. I had to ask him nicely 6 times, still refused and said he would give it to me once i was on my way there at a set time we agreed upon. Then went on to tell me to "never call on my " home" number ever again... everyone keeps doing it and I'm sick of it" but he called me from it, left no message so i called it back to see who didnt leave a voice mail. Makes no sense to call from a number you dont want anyone calling you at, but yet your business number goes to the house too.... why not call customers from THAT number and no one will return calls from the caller ID to his " home" number. So he brings this on to start issues with people it seems. Agreed time 215pm. . So now im driving towards covington, called him at 145pm... asked for address, he asked me where i was.. said i was on my way to coving from renton and i will be there at our agreed time... he says he needs to know where I am... I said I'm on my way from renton, we have an agreed time, he flew off the handle and started yelling/ cursing at me saying I was an a****** to him and hung up on him last three calls, told him he was mistaken me for someone else, we never has issues on the phone. My wife refused to go pick it up because she was given a number to call, at the drop off location, a friend's business...mailbox place... they gave her a number to call him to say it was there waiting for him... he flew off the handle at her for calling his "home" number that his friend at postal business gave her to call him, she explained this to him but he continued to yell at her for calling his home number vs business number, so it really seems he intentionally starts issues for what ever reason. Now picking up at his home... he was very rude at the door, i asked how he stays in business, ooooooh.. NOW HE'S PISSED, came flying out the screen door in my face and proceeded to scream at me... not low tone voice, NO...THIS WAS SCREAMING LOUD. He told me to GET THE F#@k off his property... at that point i refused to turn my back to him... stood there and told him to go call police, to get him away from me, after a few more words yeld in my face he turn went back in his house saying he was calling police, great now he's away from me to i turned and walked down his steps and here he comes again so i turned and squared off with him... computer under left arm... right hand ready to defend myself... this is All heard on my phone as it was recording video from my jacket pocket. . Yes i recorded just in case something went wrong after reading all Yelp complaints, and him going off on my wife and them me on the phone. After a tense yelling match, mostly him calling me several names, fu*kin p***** a$$hole muthrf*kr and so on, he turns to go call police again, once he went back into the house i calmly walked down his driveway.. he again comes out with a camera and takes pictures of me and my truck... good for him...he has memories now. I only listened to the video once, but after my wife listed to it...she says its really hard to believe this guy can stay in business at ALL. He seriously needs counseling and owner operator ethics training. Never have i had this type of issue with a business owner. Ps. Want to hear and see what little video there was? Will be posted on youtube next few days under his business name with covington in title too.

Ok I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, in case they are having a bad day. But the guy who owns this store is just having a bad life. When I go there the owner (?) is rude. Maybe that's just his culture? I asked to have an amazon rental return shipped which needed packing. The guy gave me an empty box and a tape dispenser. Didn't even ask if I needed help. Heart of ice. When I left I even said have a nice day, with no response.

I CANNOT day enough nice things about Mail Plus and owner Muhammad. I've been serving for a cost effective place to get my home school curriculum printed, double-sided, and hole-punched. Other places were surprisingly expensive with long turnaround times. Muhammad got all 1000 pages printed and back to me in 2 HOURS! $.10 per page after tax. Incredible. He even went above and beyond to put slip sheets between each "book" so I could quickly organize them. We will definitely be back when we need large projects printed again.
