“They're the only gas station around that I've found who sells cinnamon donuts (most gas stations only have powdered, crunch w/coconut, or chocolate)! Cinnamon is da BEST!”

“Windshield cleaner tubs are usually empty/dry when I go. Attendant I encountered would not refill or call someone to help refill. (If you can not leave the little building for security issues, 100% okay. But call the main building to have someone take care of it.)”

She is so personable, so sweet, and always remembers me and my family every time we walk in. It’s rare to meet someone who makes shopping not just easy, but an absolute joy.
Lisa works six days a week and never shows a hint of frustration, even though she absolutely deserves some well-earned time off. Her positivity, patience, and professionalism shine every single time. She’s truly the best—so warm and pleasant that I joke I’d love to adopt her as my aunt!
The store itself is always wonderful to shop at. They consistently have the selections I’m looking for, and if they don’t, they’re always quick to offer other options or order items from another location. I even checked out the Covington location during this shopping trip. The item I wanted was available at both stores, but I still chose to purchase from the Maple Valley location because the experience here—especially thanks to Lisa—just can’t be matched. This store genuinely feels like family. I also want to add I love working with Shannon as well! She’s always so helpful and full of knowledge! She makes the shopping experience fun and helps me find exactly what I am looking for! Great team at the store, if I didn’t mention your name, that doesn’t mean you haven’t done a great job, you have great leaders like Shannon and Lisa!

“I would give this five stars, but the car wash is often closed, especially during the day when it’s sunny out in the car could use a really good cleaning. Gas pumps are better and inside the store since it’s remodeled is a lot cleaner and fresh.”
“Initially I had a pretty poor experience with one of the staff here back at the pharmacy desk. I had a reservation for a COVID-19 test in order to travel to Hawaii. While I did receive the initial email from Walgreen's showing the reservation, I never received the follow-up email with the code that permits you to actually get the test. I explained this to the young lady at the desk, and she scolded me for being in the store if coming in for a COVID test. I explained I was symptom free and had to take this test only for travel reasons. She was not helpful at all and simply said, "no code, no test". She stuck by this even after I showed her my reservation email from Walgreens. Being that we live over two hours away I was not pleased, to say the least. I asked to speak with the manager and James came out to discuss this with me. He was super helpful in resolving this and after checking in the computer, was able to verify I was indeed scheduled for the test, and personally ensured the test went smoothly. He also ensured my wife (also scheduled to test) did not have any issues. So poor start, but good conclusion.”
