“Windshield cleaner tubs are usually empty/dry when I go. Attendant I encountered would not refill or call someone to help refill. (If you can not leave the little building for security issues, 100% okay. But call the main building to have someone take care of it.)”

“I recently visited the Walgreens in Maple Valley to have photos developed from my phone and iPad, and I want to share what an exceptional experience I had.
I’m not very tech-savvy, and I was feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to navigate the process. That’s when Alex stepped in. He was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. He took the time to walk me through everything without the slightest hint of frustration, making sure I felt comfortable and supported the entire time. His willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out.
While Alex was assisting other customers, Andrew also came over to help me, and he was just as courteous and attentive. Both of them demonstrated a level of professionalism and care that is honestly rare to find.
Thanks to their teamwork and dedication, I was able to get over 60 photos printed and be on my way in about half an hour. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and genuinely pleasant.
On top of that, the store itself was incredibly clean and well-organized. From the moment you walk in, everything is neat, easy to find, and welcoming—it’s the kind of place you could comfortably spend time browsing.
I am so grateful for the outstanding service Alex and Andrew provided. It’s experiences like this that remind you how much great customer service matters—and how rare it can be. I only wish more places offered this level of care and professionalism.”

“Writing this review to shout out Tammy who helped me and got a problem I thought was truly unsolvable.
Most pharmacies in my opinion forget that they are still in customer service and that working within your means to meet and exceed a customers needs is the foundation that the job demands. I've been in customer service for 8 years and can speak to how important this is personally.
Tammy went above and beyond any person I've ever interacted with at any pharmacy. Staying in contact with me by actually calling me back to keep me in the loop really surprised me and I very much appreciated it.
Most of the time I feel at odds with other pharmacies. The medication I have gets me treated negatively all too frequently but especially lately maple valley Safeway has been my go-to pharmacy the only thing that has me going to other pharmacies is supply chain issues.
Other pharmacies/pharmacists can be like Tammy. REWARD this work ethic I beg you. incentivize and promote the customer service aspect of this service and make it the norm and everyone will be so much happier. I repeat. BE LIKE TAMMY.”

“Initially I had a pretty poor experience with one of the staff here back at the pharmacy desk. I had a reservation for a COVID-19 test in order to travel to Hawaii. While I did receive the initial email from Walgreen's showing the reservation, I never received the follow-up email with the code that permits you to actually get the test. I explained this to the young lady at the desk, and she scolded me for being in the store if coming in for a COVID test. I explained I was symptom free and had to take this test only for travel reasons. She was not helpful at all and simply said, "no code, no test". She stuck by this even after I showed her my reservation email from Walgreens. Being that we live over two hours away I was not pleased, to say the least.I asked to speak with the manager and James came out to discuss this with me. He was super helpful in resolving this and after checking in the computer, was able to verify I was indeed scheduled for the test, and personally ensured the test went smoothly. He also ensured my wife (also scheduled to test) did not have any issues. So poor start, but good conclusion.”
