Elephant Car Wash offers a range of services with a focus on customer satisfaction. Many reviewers commend the employees, particularly Carl and Hayden, for their hard work and positive attitudes. Customers appreciate the thoroughness of the staff, who go the extra mile to ensure cars are clean, even tackling tough debris. However, some reviews mention that the dryer sometimes leaves excess water on vehicles, and there are occasional concerns about soap residue. Overall, most customers find the service to be good and convenient, especially those who are members of the Elephant Club. The staff's willingness to stay late for customers is also recognized as a positive aspect of the business.

I’ve been using Elephant Car Wash for 18 years. It’s fast convenient and does a great job. Now I have two cars that both have wash club memberships. Bring back the towel dryer and tire cleaners. Great deal! Ride with the Elephant!
