Please do not leave your packages at this Walgreens drop-off/pick-up location. This 3rd party service only prints labels with a QR code, and does not carry supplies nor prints an already paid for label. You must have the label or QR Code ready before the drop-off. But this is not the problem. The problem is the STAFF who take care of your packages after you drop them off will leave them out on carts or counters instead of putting them away or will accidently misplace your mail in their backroom, losing it entirely. Please drop off your nearest package at the Fedex Kent Location.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Walgreens lost our car title we had dropped off for FedEx to deliver. We have records that Walgreens received it but FedEx never scanned it. Upon no updates after sufficient time (over two weeks), went to the store and discussed with a female sales associate (Jessica). She confirmed our documentation and pulled the camera footage to confirm we dropped it off when we said we did (not sure why this was necessary as we had the receipt). We were asked to follow-up with the manager (James) who was extremely rude and disrespectful. He refused to be accountable. This cause an unnecessary delay in getting our insurance claim fullfilled and we had to pay $85 for a duplicate title. FedEx should use a different venue for drop-offs due to the incompetence that trickles down from leadership.

This is a useless fedex location. Staff doesn’t know to scan a QR code. I have been there to drop off a package three times this week and every time they say they cannot process the FedEx QR code and their scanning devices don’t work. Please find another FedEx location to drop your packages.

I followed the return directions to the letter, bring to the store and it said they will scan the QR code. You have to print your own label if that's not obvious. They said not to in instructions.

This place does not carry any FedEx envelops or other supplies. On top of that they sent me on a wild goose chase to find the envelops. Pathetic customer service.

Walgreens does not carry FedEx supplies; the Google result is incorrect. The Walgreens employee was helpful and directed me to two locations - a FedEx store and a Mail It store - that I could get supplies at.

Be aware... per the very friendly sales associate, this location is NOT a full service FedEX location. In my case that meant they could not print a piece of paper for me to adhere to my package. I was directed to go elsewhere. I suggest you do the same unless you have printed your return label and properly adhered it to your package before entering this establishment.Update: I went across the street to Fred Meyer (as suggested by the Walgreens associate). They also didn’t have a print option, but I was able to use the photo developing and printing area to print my label without any issues. This cost was $.19 no big deal! I mentioned this option when at Walgreens, but was told they didn’t have matte paper and the label wouldn’t work? Oh well, lesson learned.
