Pharmacist, Catherine Stevens, will ban you from the pharmacy for leaving a bad review regarding her poor service. What Catherine may not realize is that, by doing so, she breached her duty of care as a pharmacist as the person she banned was unable to acquire their new prescriptions in a timely manner.
I was really nice to you the only night we ever interacted, Catherine. But your petty, authoritarian decision making has gotten us into quite a situation and you need to reflect.
Maybe when people need medications, Catherine , it’s because they aren’t doing well. Hope you enjoyed your vacation.

Do yourself a favor.. Go to literally any other pharmacy. Staff is often rude or short. When they run out of a medication (which is often) they make it as difficult as possible to transfer medication to another pharmacy the list goes on.
Update: after writing this review my doctor sent a prescription there (still need to update) and went to pick up and was told my wife and I had been banned.

Had a great experience at this pharmacy! The pharmacist Mark was outstanding. I had to get a tetanus shot and I didn’t even feel it. He’s a pro. Informed me on the next steps and what to expect. Very nice and professional.

The pharmacists and technicians are AMAZING. They are always friendly, and have always gone above and beyond to help our family. From re-opening after they had closed so my son could avoid an ER trip to finding ways to help lower costs of needed prescriptions. They are life savers and have always shown kindness and understanding in tough situations. I appreciate every one of the maple valley pharmacy workers. Thank you!

Customer service is horrible, has been for a while now. Doesn’t seem to matter which person is working - they’re all rude and sour. Why work in a public facing position if you obviously hate what you do.

Once again the Deli department at the Maple Valley Freddie's has regressed to the point that it is my last option to shop.I have seen this seesaw for 7 years and it has to be blamed on continuously sub-par store management. Anytime they get a few great people, you can bet that they are gone in a few months. Outside of one or two long tenured employees, it is apparent that there has been minimal training or lessons in Deli etiquette or customer experience. It is once again a shit-show. Real shame.

Went above and beyond to fill my son's Rx 10 minutes before they close (took longer to prep medicine so they went past closing). Great customer service by Elaine (sp?) Pharmacy tech and wonderful compassionate pharmacist.

I love this Fred Meyer. My favorite by far! BUT, the pharmacy is a joke. The pharmacists are rude on the phone (even hung up on me once), have terrible communication, expected me to go find my own replacement for penicillin when they were out of stock instead of communicating with my doctor. Then they said they changed what insurance they accept and didn't inform me. When I called to ask where to locate their list of insurance providers, they told me they didn't know. Now I go to Safeway and they treat me like an actual human being.
