The personnel are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They provide easy, costless solutions and are willing to talk through options with no sales agenda. They offer repair services where the inspection fee is refunded if you purchase new Stihl equipment. Mike is who I’ve worked with a couple times. I’ve never bought a stove there but they’ve been instrumental in helping me keep my current wood stove working. I’ve bought replacement glass, gaskets, bricks, parts, etc. thank you for being around to help. They no longer sell or service Stihl.

They helped me order a fan and baffle for an ancient insert based on photos. They fit perfectly and I’m getting a lot more heat now!

Such a friendly, knowledgeable small local store. Only have used them for chainsaw services. Sometimes have to call and remind them about sharpening chains you have left but no biggie if you aren't in a rush.
