I had a difficult year with my taxes. I worked with Morgan at the Maple Valley location, she was so nice and helpful. She was very sympathetic to my situation this year! And offered great advice for next year.

they were very friendly and did a good job. i submitted most of my paperwork online and just went in to sign and get a copy. i think they went though all of the information and got it done easy.

I have had horrible experience with them. Unpunctual, hard to communicate, making mistakes which even I was able to catch easily. "I am just entering the numbers", I was told. Not what you expect from your tax consultant.

I am not one to post reviews but everyone needs to know to not trust these people with their business paperwork. I have a small business and was missing an important document so I had to leave H and R block and go home to reprint what was needed. It took a couple weeks to figure that out and in that time they LOST all my documents. My "professional" told me to leave my folder at thier location and usured me that it would be safe. NOPE! Everything gone! How incredibly unprofessional for a company that all they do is deal with very important paperwork.
