Stopped in with my mom tonight (5:30 pm - 30
minutes before closing) as we were on the way to the store and I could feel the car felt wobbly. They checked the tires and found a big safety issue. After understanding it was not safe for her to drive back to Snohomish, they offered to put the spare on or replace the tires, and they would stay past shift time to do the work. My mom decided to replace the tires, and they did everything extremely fast, including bringing the tires from another location. We ran a quick errand and went back and it was done (within an hour).
Most people would want to go home on a hot summer day so close to closing time, but seeing the unsafe tire, they went above and beyond to get it done. Awesome team and good communication to show the issues and explain everything.

I pulled in to get a new spare tire for my horse trailer after being stuck on the side of road for 2 hours. Had 4 horses loaded in trailer on 90 degree day. I came in and asked if there was any way someone could swap the blown tire out with new G rated tire for my trailer and if they could air up the spare that was on the trailer. Literally 15-20 minutes of their time to do this. They only needed to put one tire on rim, put it back on spare tire carrier, and air up one tire. I offered to pay them double if the could do it right away to spare my poor horses from roasting in the trailer. Girl up front just said no it's first come first serve, and there's people that have been waiting 4 hours. We waited 1 hours and 30 minutes for them to change out the tire and air the other tire. Absolutely no compassion at all on their end. Usually I've had great luck with Les Schwab where they go out of the way to get you moving when you have out of town incident, but not this store.
I offered more than fair compensation to move a little quicker. Spent $349 on that new tire and I would have given you $700 to get me out of there right away. One of my horses got colic that evening and resulted in a vet visit that more than likely could have been mitigated if I could have gotten them safely home sooner and out of the heat.
On top of all that watching the kid that aired up my tire playing on his phone for part of my wait didn't help.
I would just keep rolling down the road if you needed tires in the future and are in this area. There are plenty of options for tires in the area and I'm sure there's a store out there that knows how to prioritize certain situations like this one much better than this store.

Truly frustrating, made an appointment online for an alignment. Even took time off work, spent an hour in the waiting room and they end up only doing an alignment check and then when I ask them if they could actually complete the job I booked for they say that they don’t have time and I need to reschedule. The option I chose was specifically to get an alignment. No where did it state it was just a free check.

On 7/12/24 I came through around 4:00pm with the concern of 2 buldges in the front right tire. Cameron came and looked at it and said a pothole will cause a blow out. I needed the car to be back on the road by 5:00pm. Him and Ttey got it done and got it back on the road just in time. So excellent service and thank you Cameron and Trey again.

Kids at work. WHO don't know what to do, other than change tires.. then messed My lug nuts then tried to blame it on me... I heard some bad things about them.. But I thought could get a tire repair.. it's a very simple thing to do.. but they are playing jokes with each other and have no clue... I work in the service industry as a mechanic & know what should happen.. I've sent costumers there, then hear what bad experience they had... I've always reliead on les Schwab for My tire's and brakes, and stuff... BUT that store I will not recommend to anyone.....

Took my Honda Element to Les Schwab in Maple valley for rear tire replace that was going flat at least once per week. Didn’t have an appointment but got in line! At least an hour later the mechanic came out to ring up the order, I asked him, “What do I owe? Thinking over $300.00 for new tire and labor.” He said,” Nothing, It’s complimentary, there’s nothing wrong with the tire, it looks like someone tried to repair a leak but wasn’t done properly!” I could not believe my ears! As a person with cancer leaving for surgery in Alaska where my doctors are , I wanted to help my daughter with the tire in case the surgery is not successful and am not able to make it back to help! I think the mechanic saw my joy and said,” Have a nice day!” So Thank You Les Schwab for making my day!! Don

Unprofessional and not the brightest. Made an appointment in person and when I came back from my appointment, took over an hour to get my car in just for them to tell me they couldn’t even do the service. Nobody told me that the first time I came so I came back and waited for nothing. Do yourself a favor and go to the retread place in Federal Way they are faster and cheaper

I hate to write this. Pre covid, any experience I had at this location was great. Today I went in to get a leaky tire patched, something I've had done in the past. Not even an hour afterward, the tire was flat as I was driving on the freeway. I drove on my limp tire to my local Les Schwab a mile and a half away, where they then attempted to hustle me into buying three new tires, saying the fourth was on MV location. Once I got to my local Les Schwab, the gal assisting told me the person who patched my tire missed the hole entirely, so I'm not sure why he patched nothing and said I was good to go. The safety risk this put me at was alarming. I am disappointed and won't be returning here again.

It was so easy to make an appointment online. I stopped by while running errands to see if I could get in sooner and they were able to get me in a day early. Hunter and everyone else I spoke with was so genuine and happy to help. I ended up having a screw in my tire that they fixed for free and in less than 30 minutes. Thank you Les Schwab Maple Valley. Definitely will be recommending you to everyone.
