Maple Valley Goodwill is a local thrift store offering a wide selection of pre-owned clothing, household items, and other merchandise. The store is known for its affordable prices, making it a popular spot for bargain hunters. Customers can find good deals on clothes, including sports memorabilia and video games at low prices. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, always willing to assist shoppers. However, the store could improve its cleanliness, especially in the parking lot and loading dock area, which are often littered and unkempt. Organization of items on shelves varies, with some clothing arranged by color rather than size, and some shelves appear cluttered. The store does not accept furniture or help unload items at drop-off. It is a nonprofit organization that uses store revenue and community support to provide free career training, education, and job placement services in the region. The store closes at 7 pm, which is earlier than some expect. Despite some maintenance issues, Maple Valley Goodwill remains a good place to find affordable items in a friendly environment.
The prices are ridiculous for used stuff that just get dropped off. I saw patio furniture, that I had donated, for the same price that I had bought it brand new 4 years earlier, and it wasn't even cleaned off. Kids toy prices kill me too. Geeze!

First time to go to a Goodwill store, online had 30 mins. Would have wanted to explore more as there were promising finds. Clothes were by colour, by kind. Would want to go back.
