If I could choose 10 stars I would! Shelby and George are just amazing!! They both have gone above and beyond for me and my needs! They are patient, understanding and kind! They are both very professional and they calm your nerves, especially when your world is being turned upside down!! I can't thank them enough for all they did for me! The place is always clean and secure!! If I'm in need of storage needs in Maple Valley, I'll be heading there!!

Place is a scam. Signed up last May and it was $75 a month now I’m at $150 a month. Not worth it you can auction off my unit there’s nothing valuable in there anyway. A 5x10 unit shouldn’t cost over $100.

I recently rented a unit at the Maple Valley location, and the gentleman at the front desk made the process incredibly calm and easy. I recently lost my brother in a tragic car accident and have been very stressed out and overcome with grief, and this gentleman was like a breath of fresh air. Very informative, very kind, very professional. Thank you. I needed that. He was wonderful.
