I won't be back. The last two visits my time was moved to 40 minutes later. I arrived early on both occasions. Once, OK but twice in a row is not OK.

We take all 3 boys here regularly. We usually have a really good experience! Sometimes we have an issue with their haircuts needing minor detail work to cut stragglers after we get home, but its not too bad. Love that they are so kind and patient with the littlest.

The booking experience was good and the stylist was on time. Etiquette and language was good. The haircut was not very good. I asked for a lower fade taper and wanted no bottom hairline or sideburns and to not touch the top and of my hairline. But the stylist went to my front hairline and messed it up. I had to tell the stylist to stop immediately. She did not zero out the bottom hairline or sideburns. It was a tough go because the stylist was feeling defeated after that. But communication was not reciprocated to the request.

Poor customer service. I checked in on line and waited for 4-5 hours for the haircut . I received a message that my stylist will be ready in 15 minutes and when I arrived and waited for another 30 min . Denise the hairstylist brought somebody else that just walked in to the store to do his haircut . I am very disappointed and moving forward I will be going elsewhere!

There's a reason why this location is ALWAYS busy. The stylists are friendly, and they know how to cut hair.

Felt discriminated!!Walked out! As we saw for our own eyes.. that the available worker chosen to walk out leaving my daughter not receive her haircut. I feel she could have taken care the client then leave to make change. Because that is where she said she went.” I need to make change” we walked out.

I had Helen as my stylist, and was really happy. Most of the time people can’t cut my hair to how I would like it, but this is been the closest I’ve had. The experience overall was great, and talking to them was really nice. First time that I found somebody, I’d like to stick with and keep getting my haircut with them every time.

This is a poorly managed location. The app has said no availability for over 3 weeks. Called once to let them know their app is messed up (checked it multiple times on different days) and was told to come in when I had time. Showed up just to be turned away with over an hour before closing because they did not want to take on anyone else. So there is no way to check in online and it's just luck if you do show up.

Make sure to check in online or you’ll have a FOUR HOUR WAIT to get your haircut. I was a walk in and waited for chairs to open up but other people who checked in online kept walking through the door and got sat before me.

They only have 2 hairstylist working at anytime. Wait times are horrible. Stay awayWait time is horrible. Customer service horrible. I'm never going there again
