GREAT experience at this store. Having been a customer with another wireless carrier for 23 years, we made the switch to T-Mobile and the staff here made the process incredibly easy. There are some hurdles to clear with porting numbers, but they made quick work of it. Five stars.

I have visited this store several times in the past couple months for help transferring photos and contacts etc. Each time I have had the pleasure of being assisted by Skyler. Skyler was so genuinely kind each and every time I stopped in to ask for help. I wasn’t purchasing new items from the store or making changes to my plan, yet he was still so willing to help. His customer service skills are very impressive and I can appreciate this as I’ve worked in retail for over 20 years. While waiting in the store, I noticed how genuinely kind and helpful he was with each and every customer coming in for assistance, talking to everyone as if they were a friend and in such a kind and nonjudgmental way. Even though I felt embarrassed coming in several times just because I kept changing my mind with phones, he assured me it didn’t bother them. Thanks for your help Skyler and stay blessed.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Skyler went above and beyond to help us change data plans and carriers, making calls to the previous company to ensure a smooth transition. He even carefully cleaned and polished my dirty old phone! Great job!

I had my work phone fail on a job site. Took a week to get a replacement ( had a spare) old phone had a dark screen, but stil functioned. They tried at store to do data transfer, but didn't work. They were kind enough to send me with transfer cable. I threatened the old phone with a hammer. All of a sudden, it complied. Data transfer in progress.

Last night my mobile services and all the lines in my account were deactivated without any reason, and I met Skyler at the store. He understood the issue and spoke to the customer service on phone and resolved the issue. Though I couldn't get the same plan, but Skyler got the similar plan. Best customer service ever. Thank you, Skyler for your time.

The customer service at the T-Mobile Town Square in Maple Valley is outstanding. George is knowledgeable, calm and will seek to get the customer the best options. Zander the same. Given the competition in this space, it is reassuring knowing you can depend on them for reliable information and problem resolution.

Sierra and Xander are great! We had an insane situation with another carrier and wanted to switch over to T-Mobile. These two were amazing. They are efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and we can tell they wanted to make sure we were happy with our service and deal. Could not be more grateful about the switch and very happy with the service.

After being hung up on and reconnecting, I was able to speak to a Customer service rep who didn't even know what a Chromebook was when I asked if they had one in stock. She responded by asking if it was a MacBook. I found this odd, but assumed she did not understand my question. When I asked her again, she said she would go check. I went to the store and when I entered, it took about 15 minutes to get assistance, even though there were 3 people in the store, and only 2 other customers. The vibe in the store was thick. When I spoke to the clerk who fonally came to assist me, I had to excuse myself and leave. As soon as I got outside, the thick feeling lifted and I felt releaved.

This is the only location I'll do business with. They helped me get my daughter her first phone minutes before closing. I asked if it was too late and they said no problem. Took 10 minutes. The other location had 20 minutes until close and refused service said it would take 45 minutes to add a line.

I really hate to sound like a company shill, but I've only praise for the folks in this store. After some major account problems at another carrier, we brought our phones to transfer service to T-Mobile. Sierra, George, and Xander were involved in the process -- made more difficult by the problems with our previous carrier.All three persons were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, in having our service transferred. George did an excellent job of explaining our options, resulting in our deciding to upgrade from the plan we'd originally selected.I spent many years doing mystery shops as a side gig, including some cell carriers' stores. If this had been an assignment, the report would have been a "glowing" one. I would have specifically mentioned the excellent and compelling "upsell" which was typically a required component of retail and hospitality mystery shop assignments. We're much happier with the upgraded plan.T-Mobile appears to have improved dramatically from the company that we transferred our service from, many years ago.

I WOULD GIVE NO STAR IF I COULD. This place is a waste of time, they all need training. I've been a Sprint business customer since 1995 until they sold out to T-Mobile this year. So, I went to this store to upgrade my phone and two more as well as add another line, but they wouldn't help me because I am a Sprint customer, yet the invoices say Sprint is now T-Mobile. I decided that if I have to go through this BS just to spend a couple of grand on new phones, I'll go to a different carrier all together to switch the other 20 phones I have in my business and that is because of this store and the person {Forest} that waited on us. DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY ARE UNINFORMED UNDER TRAINED AND OVERRATED BY 1 STAR!

If you are in Maple Valley make sure you go to this location and ask for Sierra. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me out and i will be going back to this location from now on to see her. Thanks Sierra!!
