Prior to listing our home with the Amber Bills Real Estate Group, we did our research as well as interviewed other real estate groups and companies. We found Amber to be the most knowledgeable and the most committed to helping us sale our home. Her advice and real estate knowledge were invaluable, specifically when it came to the logistics of selling a home, staging it, and pricing it to sell.
As luck would have it, the housing market slowed to a crawl once the house was listed in late August of 2024 and Amber was our rock and cheerleader, keeping us positive showing after showing. Once we received an offer she went to work negotiating a favorable deal, understanding completely what we needed from the sale of the house.
Selling a home is definitely stressful and not for the faint of heart but Amber kept us, well really me, sane throughout the process. She is definitely more to us than a broker who sold our home, she is our friend. Choosing the Amber Bills Real Estate Group was one of the best real estate decisions we ever made. Amber helped us in many ways from telling us how to pre-stage our home, photographing our house and providing a very accurate market assessment of our home in Maple Valley. Light staging was provided that really made our home stand out. We had a lot of nice features in our house that were well written up. Amber also helped us resolve an issue that popped up with the house we were buying 180 miles away. She was very good to work with and kept things moving along without any hiccups. She did an excellent job with negotiating with the buyers agent. Selling our home was as stress free as it could get. It was a good experience. My wife and I highly recommend using the Amber Bills Real Estate Group!

Britta did an excellent job representing us as a real estate broker. She facilitated the sale of the home we were living in and the purchase of our new home in a contingent dual-close. She is an expert negotiator and saved us quite a bit in the purchase price of the new home. She also had an uncanny feel for the market and priced our sale perfectly. We received a few offers in a tough market to sell in, and all came in right about where we were pricing (showing that people were only really willing to pay what Britta estimated. She also understands that there is far more in a deal than price and even the price can be adjusted in several phases throughout the process. As the deals progressed through escrow, Britta continued to drive and get us what we needed for price, costs and timelines. She is the only broker I will use for future sales and purchases. I cannot recommend her enough.
