Not the most reliable place. I tried calling twice and the person on the other end didn’t appear to know how to use the phone.

Package delivered to store on Monday Dec 16, but tracking shows they haven't received it. I know you are busy but 5+ days to get it started?? Also phone full for 2 days when I first noticed the mess I'm in. When I finally made contact they were friendly but couldn't find the package. Will look though.......Merry Christmas.....

The people are very friendly and always try to be helpful. My print jobs are done neatly and on time as requested. I do wish UPS would provide a way to text when jobs are received and also when done automatically. There are times when I call and a search begins to see what I ordered via email rather than having and automatic process.

The store manager has solved couple of my recent headaches
1st, he fixed my passport photo problem for my ROC passport photo requirement where a nearby similar passport photo service is unable to do, I also took my wife there to take passport photo for the same requirement, 2nd he provided ground shipment tracking where I lost the original receipt to dispute a 3rd party Amazon return, we got our refund the next day.

I was disappointed that the UPS Store lost my card that showed how much money I still had on my account to pay for printing. When the staff could not find my card I offered to look. There were so many prepayment cards misfiled I just gave up looking. Yesterday I sent four important documents I needed. I asked them to email me to confirm they received my email. It appears that they didn't even look at the email, let alone recognized that I had asked them to confirm they received my email.

Having a self-scan right at the door is an invitation for theft. I'm not sure why this store got so rearranged but it is not good.

The staff here are very friendly and always ready to help the customers. I recently had to deal with some shipping requirements which were complicated, but as usual, the friendly staff were of great help. I specially wanted to mention about Manish, who went above and beyond his core job duties to help me and ensure that everything was properly dispatched. I always go here for all my shipping, printing and scanning needs.

I'm giving four stars because I don't tend to give out whatever is the top...there is ALWAYS room for improvement. I haven't even visited this location (yet)...I just like to read reviews. Sounds like A LOT of people don't understand what it takes to run a business. You don't get anything for free. While your Amazon return is "free," it is the SHIPPING that is free, not the packing. If your QR code says "No Box, No Label" (I think above it), then you are probably good to go. That is a "probably"...as there are always circumstances where something isn't quite right. On the other hand, if under your QR code it says "Customer Pack," then the CUSTOMER needs to bring in the item packed (taped up) and ready to go! If you'd like The UPS Store to do it for you, then you will have to pay for the supplies (box, bubble wrap, etc...) AND the time it takes to process the item (labor/service). That's just the way it is. There is overhead. It is not free. And this is why there is a charge for printing a label from email. It's true that some stores charge more than others. I've seen $2.00-$3.50 for the email, PLUS the cost of the copy (which has not been 10 cents for a long time). It is a service that The UPS Store provides...at a cost. Remember that they have to rent the space in the building ($$$$), buy printers ($15-20k+ each...that is no joke), printer maintenance, computers, computer programs, scanners, fax machines, phones (landline), boxes (30+ sizes), bubble wrap, wrapping paper, printer paper (different sizes and weights), laminators, laminating paper/plastic, little printers for the return/mailing machines, labels, receipt machines and receipt paper, passport machines and paper, a phone to take the passport photo, plastic bags for Amazon items (to follow the company rules), a variety of stickers, scales, tape, scissors, cutters, stamps, stamp machines, dollies (sp?), all the UPS programing and knowledge, employees' salaries...etc... I'm sure I'm missing a lot, but everyone needs to remember that NOTHING IS FREE!!! So much goes into running a business. The UPS Store is NOT gauging the customer...they are running a business. And running a business costs money!

** THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU -- STAY AWAY **I went in trying to ship a pool cue that I had recently sold online. Since the pool cue's case was an awkward shape, I figured getting a box from the store would be inexpensive and convenient. When I went inside, I asked for a box. With no mention of a price, the guy behind the counter grabbed one for me which was a bit long, cut it to size, and sealed the box with tape After asking for my information and settling on $25 to ship the package (a little above rates I found elsewhere online like at USPS) I was also charged $15 for the box. There was no prior mention of a price for the box, and I had assumed the box would come with the shipping cost. Even if the box had been $3, I think that would be somewhat reasonable (this box is 36 x 4 x 4 which can be found for $1 anywhere else) By the time I was told the price of the box we were already about to pay for the label so I felt pressured and paid for the box and shipping which came to $40. I did start to leave, but I just couldn't stomach being scammed over a box, so I demanded a refund for everything. The guy behind the counter tried to just refund me for the shipping cost claiming that since the box was already cut, he couldn't refund it. This manipulative talk made me very upset, and I reminded him that the box was cut before any mention of a price so it's not my responsibility. I did eventually get my refund for the box and shipping but this manipulative smug salesman behind the counter really had the nerve to charge me a 1500% markup on a cardboard box. The prices of boxes are set by location, so it's very much this stores fault for having such predatory pricing. The fact that they were comfortable charging me a last second $15 fee for something that cost them no more than a $1 and try to pressure me into being scammed is ridiculous and I highly recommend going to any other store to ship your items. I want to stress that UPS didn't choose to charge $15 for a box, THIS STORE chooses their pricing, and they chose to screw their customers. I've shipped other things here before, and I've had another issue with this place such as their phone message inbox being full, which clearly shows a terrible lack of customer service. These people are under handed manipulators that will try to squeeze money from you while smiling and laughing. Do not go here.
