Just came in today for some currency exchange and coin exchange, and Ruby was SO HELPFUL!!! Please keep and treasure this wonderful employee!
Edit: I thought they were helpful, but I tried to do add myself onto an account an hour before they closed and they refused

The staff at this branch is amazing. They go above and beyond to help the customer and even serve as a community connector. I mentioned I wanted non-precious earrings adjusted and the lady at the counter pointed to a patron helped at another window who is a local jewelry maker. They know their customers and help us take care of the banking stuff in a very friendly and neighborly atmosphere. I am very grateful for this branch. I used to do my business banking in Bellevue and since they moved all the old staff from Bellevue to other locations, Bellevue branches have lost the personal touch; I am very grateful to see the Maple Valley team still maintain it.

I have multiple business accounts that I have to utilize through U.S. Bank and Ruby is always professional and easy to work with. Furthermore, she is always proactive and has saved me a lot of time (which is something I don’t find at the majority of places these days). If you live local I would definitely encourage you to utilize this branch as I have had nothing but positive experiences here!! Thx Ruby (and team)!!

The people at this branch are very nice, professional and actively engage in conversation when I have to come in the branch. During the Plandemic I have avoided this but everytime I have to is a pleasant experience.

First and foremost I rarely take the time to post reviews for multiple reasons. The first reason being that I am busy and my time is valuable. The second reason being that if the establishment is exuding excellence, I prefer to praise the person/place right then and there in the moment. We lack human contact enough as is. I know that I personally appreciate an in person compliment.I have worked in a customer service/retail/hospitality business for 10+ years and understand that unfortunately negative reviews can be a dime a dozen. I wish I wasn't adding to them, but this branch and my experiences here haven't left me with another option.Every time I have done business in this location there has been an issue. Whether it is a long wait, a sense of the place being under staffed, or staff who are under trained and unable to assist with simple tasks. The "manager" here is a joke. Unprofessional and lacking in customer service skills.I have been a long time US Bank customer and am happy with the services provided. Every other US Bank location I have been to is great and has top notch customer service. Save yourself some time and head to an actual branch, not this one.

A quick and easy in and out to pay the mortgage on a Saturday afternoon when the regular bank locations are closed. Open on Sunday too.
