I am so sick of the disrespect we as CUSTOMERS have to put up with from these workers. Oddly enough, they're not from the states usually. So they come here, act like they're over us in every way. The people are sick of it and the disrespect ends now!

The USPS always get a bad rap, mostly because they deserve it. This Maple Valley location is one of the better ones and really is the only one I'll go to if given the choice.

The customer service from Kevin @ the Maple Valley usps location has consistently Exceeded Expectations! I never thought I’d take the time to review the usps…(they just deliver our mail right?)…but Kevin has gone above and beyond to help me out with two recent highly-stressful mailings / deliveries, both resulting in a positive outcome. Maple Valley (we) are lucky to have you, thanks Kevin!!

Monday Jan 13th, around 11am I went here for a package and had some questions. I received very good service. Very helpful and competent. Very friendly staff member. No waiting line. recommend this USPS. My compliments

Terrible service. The mail-lady always has a bad attitude, she yelled at my dog (actually yelled) for trying to greet her - he’s a friendly golden retriever, why do you work as a mail-carrier if you hate dogs? - sometimes she won’t even walk packages up to the porch and leaves them near the garage where they’re hard to find and at risk of getting wet. They’ll leave “delivery attempt” notices in my mailbox but nobody tried knocking on the door for a signature (I was home all day). If they can’t delivery your package for whatever reason, they just hold it hostage at the post office (who knows which one, they don’t even clearly indicate which USPS you should pickup from) where you have to wait in long lines. And don’t bother calling the post office - they’ll let the line ring for more than 3 minutes until the call finally disconnects. It’s impossible to get anything accomplished with the USPS.

I am a 100% disabled veteran, confined to a wheelchair.
I get a monthly prescription that requires being signed for.
For the 2nd month in a row, I received a notice of delivery, in my mailbox, as first attempt of delivery.
There was no attempt, what so ever, to deliver to my door for signature.
It is my belief that this is laziness.
I have been told, previously , that the carrier is short of time. This is the response I get when bringing up my problem to the manager.
It will take approximately 5-10 minutes for the delivery, I am willing to say that at least this much time is used as personal, on the phone during the shift.
“Time” can not be used as an excuse!
This not a reflection on all carriers, just a select few. There is one carrier, please forgive me on forgetting his name, that does deliver to my door.

The other carrier, please do your job!
