I was helped today at the Maple Valley Verizon by a young man named Julian. He was very professional and he’s very knowledgeable at his craft! He makes multitasking a breeze and he was able to help me out in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend this young man, for your Verizon service needs. Top notch customer service!!!

If you want exceptional customer service, come see Julian in the Maple Valley store. We had a very complicated small business account set up that he handled like a boss. Not to mention that every single employee at this location was friendly and helpful. We also had the opportunity to meet the District manager, Mike, and the Small Business Account Manager, Uriah, that were also amazing to work with. I highly recommend this location for all your mobile needs, but especially if you are opening a small business and need phone. They really are top notch!

Ami was a huge help to get my phones setup. He was able to delete my old phone off my account when Apple ID wasn’t working to delete it.

Ami we well mannered respectful and very helpful. He managed to quickly get my number ported from t-mobile to Verizon. He is also very good at multi-tasking while still providing great customer service to all he is helping. Highly recommend Ami and is the only associate to have help you!
