I would give 0 stars if possible. Walgreens lost our car title we had dropped off for FedEx to deliver. We have records that Walgreens received it but FedEx never scanned it. Upon no updates after sufficient time (over two weeks), went to the store and discussed with a female sales associate (Jessica). She confirmed our documentation and pulled the camera footage to confirm we dropped it off when we said we did (not sure why this was necessary as we had the receipt). We were asked to follow-up with the manager (James) who was extremely rude and disrespectful. He refused to be accountable. This cause an unnecessary delay in getting our insurance claim fullfilled and we had to pay $85 for a duplicate title. FedEx should use a different venue for drop-offs due to the incompetence that trickles down from leadership.

I was at Walgreens today to pick up my prescription (Drive Thru) and Tiffany who was behind the Drive Thru window was very rude, disrespectful and racist. Someone like her should not be employed by Walgreens, nor should be dealing with customers. Walgreens do better!

Cashier tried overcharging me. I bought a 4-pack of Gatorade and she scanned the package 4 TIMES! I had to argue with her that the 4.70 price was for the 4-pack, not each bottle. If you shop here, look at the prices being rang up and check receipts!

I called w a few questions about my completely messed up photo order( heads cut off, low quality, awful). The girl answered and was trying to explain how I'd have to go back in and resubmit the photos, and I said ok I can do that, and the photo book ? )Which was totally crooked) she replied with the same response and very annoyed w me and told ME- there's nothing I can do about it here and I have a line forming so you'll have to go do it yourself. Wow. I guess I'll just take a loss on the $80 I spent on these pics because I DID IT ONLINE the 1st time and they are still horrible !! Go someplace else for pictures! Don't waste your money !!

Easily the worst pharmacy ever. So I have an appointment for 2:45pm for vaccination. I reached early 1:00pm, requesting if I can get my vaccination. No one else waiting. The guy behind the counter says, no. They are going for lunch. Their lunch time is clearly marked 1:30-2:00pm. I requested, since I am waiting with my daughter, he was adamantly NO. He said they have to monitor me for 15 minutes. Sure, there is still 30 more minutes to your lunch break. Anyways he says they can try to get me at 2:00pm.I am like OK. I wait. Then I am like let me approach them again since I know there is paperwork to be done, maybe I can ask for the paperwork but now a lady behind the counter is like, 2:45pm appointment, we will not take you at 2:00pm. We can only see you at 2:45 pm.Extremely inconsiderate. I can understand if there are like people waiting. No one else waiting for vaccination.F$#% it. I can get vaccination anywhere else.Corporate should really consider about customer service and the Frontline places that have none.

Walgreens is always a last resort for me but after seeing dolls video and the clear racism I would never ever shop there! Eric is very unprofessional and in very disappointed in Walgreens staff as a whole as well as the customers of maple valley that were making gross comments towards Doll

Front desk staff named Traci, was impolite -this isn’t the first time. Other staff named Julie, at least showed a little courtesy. Seems like I am not the only person with the same issue.

The pharmacy staff customer service has really gone downhill. They don’t seem to care about their customer’s needs, taking the time to help or treating them with any respect.

I attempted to print some photos of myself and my wife. The manager, Eric, refused to deliver the photos due to him finding them "indecent". When I questioned this, he showed me the photo of my completely clothed wife kneeling on our bed. I scoffed, and he stated, "there was also liquor." Yes, a bottle of Jack Daniels appeared in another photo. Cheers to you, manager Karen/Eric! I went down the road to your superior competitor and printed the photos without issue.

Truly, the very worst experience I've ever had with any business, anywhere. My husband's doctor cancelled his medication and put him on another medication on February 28th. On February 28th all 4 of my medications was cancelled. They somehow cancelled my medication which I had refills left of. When I called the pharmacist kept blaming me and said that I cancelled them through the app because his system showed the customer had cancelled. He said it would show on his system if a customer cancelled, if they cancelled or if the doctor cancelled. On my husband's record it also showed that my husband had cancelled, even though it was his doctor. He couldn't care less that this had happened and so he could make sure it didn't happen again to someone else, he just kept saying it was me who did it or that my app was hacked. I then went into the store because I need one of the medications to stay alive and again explained in person that I did not cancel out my prescriptions. He kept saying I did, and said on their record it showed my husband also cancelled. He was not listening to me and not taking accountability to ensure this didn't happen again to someone else. Once a prescription is cancelled, they can't pull it back up and fill it. He told me to go to the ER if I needed it filled before handling it with my doctor's office. He was SO rude to me. He then called Eric, the shift lead, and I was explaining to him what happened and how serious this was. I was voicing my frustration over the pharmacist not taking accountability for something so serious and instead was blaming me and my husband for cancelling them and he threatened to call the police on me and said if I ever set foot in the store again he would make sure I was arrested. Don't worry, I most definitely will never set foot in a Walgreens anywhere again. Neither will my family, and I will tell as many people about this as who will listen. I've spent the day getting my doctors to re prescribe my medications and sending them to Costco instead. Truly the worst and because they threatened to call the cops, most embarrassing, experience of my life.

They called me to set up for automatic refill of prescriptions. I agreed to have them do it . They told me the pick up date is the 18th of January. When I went to pick them up they were not ready for 30 minutes… why bother to set this automatic refill… plus system was down and couldn’t get prescription.. I am going to look at a different pharmacy
