Everyone at Fix Auto was super helpful. They gave me updates twice a week on the progress of my car repair. There were automated and personal ones. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

This was probably the easiest and most pleasant experience I had with repairing my car. The ladies in the office were incredibly friendly, kind, and accommodating. They keep you updated in a timely manner what is going on with my car so I never had to wonder. Definitely plan to come back if I ever need another repair.

I had a great experience at Fix Auto having my car repaired after I was rear-ended. They worked with the other driver's insurance company so all I had to do was drop my car off and pick it up 6 days later. The office staff was so friendly and helpful. I'd recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs!

Fast and quality repair done by the team at fix auto in maple valley! The shop was able to efficiently get my truck in and out! Great paintwork and quality parts. The team in the office and in the shop is spectacular. Best experience I've ever had with a bodyshop.

FINAL UPDATE: Finally spoke with the manager. It only took two weeks of repeatedly telling them I’m disappointed with the level of service but finally. Once on the phone, it was like pulling teeth to get any information from the manager. After 5min of him being condescending and saying I was rude, for him to admit that they were struggling to get a decent quality part approved by my insurance and that is for the delay.
So it took three weeks for them to finally communicate the delay? I’m not understanding why this was kept from me when I repeatedly was calling them to say how frustrated I am.
Then, I get a call from my insurance telling me that my car should be ready by the 24th, but this wasn’t communicated to me by the shop at all. At no point was I given an accurate date for when my car would be ready but yet they were able to communicate this with the insurance?
I adjusted my review as they aren’t fully to blame for the delays however it shouldn’t be this hard to communicate with your customers.
Original adjusted review:
ZERO updates and I have to call every time just to be told that my car on isn’t ready.
I call on Friday and I’m told the part will get here “early next week”. Well I call back on Monday and I’m told “it won’t be here until Thursday”
Just called today (Friday) and the part still hasn’t arrived and they blame it on shipping delays.
I’m just going in circles with these guys.
