I came in, in place of my husband for an estimate. I was welcomed by beautiful decorations, warm smiles from the women and a very handsome Edgar 😊
I have to say, I wasn't looking forward to stopping in because its a male dominated space sometimes these kinds of places are just....yucky!... but I was pleasantly surprised!! The front receptionist (I didn't get her name) was so wonderful & helpful & very kind! Nikki was wonderful as well!! Very polite & had great conversations & stories! Edgar, her pup, was very welcoming and cute and wanted all the pets and belly rubs! The atmosphere in the lobby is a dream! To state again... Warm welcomes, beautiful decorations, an office doggo & plenty of pictures of everyone they work with & their customers! I will definitely be returning in PLACE of my husband because of the quality of customer service I received. The technician ( I'm blanking his name, starts with an L, I believe) was so kind as well, letting me finish conversations with the ladies & Edgar before escorting me out to my vehicle to assess the damages of my vehicle!
I know I wasn't there long, but it was just enough time to know what a wonderful place this is! Can't wait to see the next set of decorations!!
