I cannot say enough positive things about the service and Maintenance Team here—they truly set the gold standard for apartment living. They are consistently the best and most reliable team I’ve ever experienced.
Whenever I submit a request, regardless of whether it’s a minor repair or a more complex issue, they are incredibly fast and efficient. They frequently resolve issues the same day, or within 24 hours, and their communication is excellent, providing updates on arrival times and completion status. Their dedication to fixing things right the first time saves so much hassle.

I have been here for a month and so far it's amazing! Chelsea was amazing to work with during the whole application and move in process. And the maintenance team is very quick to respond to service tickets.

The apartment community is so warm and inviting including Shelly, Taylor, Chelsea and Leslie. The homes are just the same! I would recommend this area if you are looking for a sense of community 😄

I would not recommend this apartments to anyone,wost experience ever,toilets blocks,sink links,washer problems,Petty citations,they never refunded our Rent and deposits sited all kinds of fake damages,am really disappointed 😞.Receptionist Brooke the best service.

DONT MOVE HERE!! High crime area!!! Their “security” gate doesn’t work nor do they have any security. Vehicles are broken into on a nightly basis! STAY AWAY

I have lived in an apartment here for a couple of years and I have to say Brooke is a great leasing agent. She is very timely in her communications, she is very resourceful, and she always has a smile on her face.

I stopped in the other day for a tour and the office was closing for lunch. The one lady that was in the office re-opened to show me an apartment that I was interested in. Chelsea’s demeanor made me feel welcome and not like a burden considering she was actively closing for lunch and I did not schedule an appointment. The kindness I experienced will be what I keep in mind when i make the decision to move in a few months.

I had a tour today with Brooke and she was extremely professional and caring. She took the time to walk me through everything the complex had to offer. I noticed the apartments were cleaner and cheaper than most around the surrounding area.

Avoid Wilderness Village
Living in these apartments has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. The management is absolutely terrible. The manager is unprofessional, dismissive, and nearly impossible to reach when you need assistance. Whether it’s addressing maintenance issues, handling noise complaints, or simply answering basic questions, you can expect delays, excuses, or complete indifference. It feels like they just don’t care about the tenants at all.
The location is equally problematic. The complex is right next to a busy highway, and the noise level is unbearable. From the constant roar of passing cars and trucks to the occasional blaring horn, it’s impossible to relax in your own home. Sleeping without earplugs is out of the question—it’s that bad. This should be a place where you can find peace, but instead, it feels like living in a construction zone.
Safety is another significant concern. The property is poorly maintained, and there’s little to no sense of security. Broken lighting, neglected common areas, and questionable activity around the complex make it feel far from safe. You never know what you’ll encounter when you step outside, which adds unnecessary stress to daily life.
For the amount they charge in rent, you’d expect at least basic standards of comfort and professionalism, but this place delivers neither. The combination of bad management, a terrible location, and safety concerns makes these apartments a horrible place

The management is horrible, and the neighbors are inconsiderate. The apartment is located near a really loud and busy road. Many neighbors have loud exhaust systems, and when they drive at night, it prevents you from sleeping. The apartment is also located near the busy Highway 169, Where trucks and dump trucks drive all day and night, making it impossible to have your windows open, even in the heat (there is no AC).
The noise is so bad that you literally have to use earplugs just to fall asleep.
Back in June, someone was shot and killed here, and now we don't feel safe walking around the apartment complex or parking our cars anywhere except in the garage. Management doesn't care about your privacy. On the second day we moved in, we came home to find the door wide open, with maintenance workers fixing our shower. We had not given permission for them to enter the apartment, nor were we informed in advance.

STAY AWAY FROM IT
The manager is doing nothing.
I had a problem with my shower for 3 MONTHS and the manager said that he will sent the maintenance out the never came.
Don't trust the prices. At first when you sign the lease it will say that your amount for rent is $2750.
At the end of the month the total comes out to $3400?! And if you think you'll be safe forget about it! Back in June someone got shoot right by my apartment (on the complex's property) I've had the worst experience with Wilderness village.

i wanted to give a shoutout to Valerie. He is always professional when i see him. plus, i really like the fact that Brooke and Chelsea are still in the office with the turn over lately.
