The store is warm and welcoming with an emphasis on community. We showcase local farmers, producers and makers. Our goal is a well-organized and easy to navigate store that reflects the personality of our beautiful island. We will carry a range of convenience and specialty food products, sundries, store merchandise and crafts. We try to appeal to a wide range of shoppers — from those planning to enjoy Mystery Bay goat cheese and Marrowstone Vineyards wine to those buying marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate for fireside s’mores.
Appears to have been converted to a residence. Just a drive by observation mid August 2022, and I can find no up to date info on it.

We are all hoping for an announcement for a barn raising/ old-time store raising invitation! This community is so ready to help rebuild this gem! Good thing the pier is intact - wouldn't miss the New Year's Polar Plunge for the world!
November 2020
The store was burnt out in a serious fire in the early hours of 6 November 2020, cause undetermined, but believed to be accidental. Currently it is believed it will be declared a total loss due to the extent of the damage, Currently unknown if or when it will re-open. Was 5 star before the fire!
