I'm a local. I tried to break a $10 in the morning by buying something because they say you have to buy something to open the register. So I ask for him to break a $5 bill that I'm getting back and he says he hasn't got the change. So I ask to just get my $10 back and he says I can't have it back. Now I'm late to work. Thanks 7-11

The customer service skills at this location need some serious work and there’s dangerous things that happen outside. Guns being shot by a customer from the bar next door, unpredictable people who loiter out front, all in all it’s just not a good location to go to. Driving for an extra two minutes to another 7-11 is often worth it. Whether it’s stocking something or taking inventory 90% of the time they’ll make the customer wait. It’s no big deal if an employee is in the middle of doing something and they take a minute to finish it, but if they continue to finish a task that they could easily be pausing in the middle of so their customer to get to work (or wherever they’re on their way to) it becomes an issue. I’m not an impatient person, and I completely understand if someone is in the middle of something they literally can’t step away from, but this happens far too often for this location to get a better rating.

It feels silly to leave a review of a 7-11 but Joanne goes absolutely above and beyond for customer service. She is so welcoming and wonderful!

Found what I needed quickly. Prices for Fountain Soft Drink was pleasantly affordable. Staff was patient.

Not sure if the store owners are aware but wasn't sure where else to post this.The items that are offered in your Doordash store are not the same items that are offered in the Grubhub app. Your cold drinks, slurpee flavors, hot foods etc have MUCH more availability and variety in Grubhub, while Doordash shows that you don't even offer these hot food items at all or drinks that are available in other apps. For example, yesterday, Doordash showed no available hot foods at all and Grubhub showed all flavors of taquito rollers, pizzas, wings, hot dogs etc.Which app should customers be using for the most accuracy of available products? Is this something that you control on the store side? If so, can you please update them to be the same/consistent?Thank you.

There is absolutely no parking at the 7-Eleven and it's ridiculous. Every parking spot is packed full of cars and I can't park anywhere at all. I don't understand why it is so busy but it is majorly inconvenient to me

I went into the 7-Eleven To purchase a cheese pizza. The young lady who made the pizza for me took off her mask. Rubbed her nose with the back of her hand and did not wash them nore did she change her gloves. Than she proceeded to cut and serve me the pizza. I was disappointed, disgusted, and appalled at this type of behavior. She thought that she did nothing wrong. I left the store without my pizza.

Been going here daily since the early 90s, worked there twice, and was just 86d for asking the employees to please cover their faces when talking to me or handling food.One said they had severe asthma, that's why no mask.. I suggested if she had severe asthma, working with no mask in a extremely busy hot spot for Marysville during a pandemic is not the best choice, not just for her, but for the community in general.They both got extremely hostile, asked me to leave, then two seconds later 86d me lol well the younger one did (she looked about 17?)I speak to the owners some mornings, so this should be an interesting chat.

Friendly employees, very clean, and 9 or 10 times was able to fulfill that midnight craving for 3+ jalapeno & cream cheese things that look like taquitos but are not.

The owners of this 7-11 do a great job and keep a very clean store. They're employees are all very professional. They treat their neighbors and customers great. They own the one by the freeway too. Same great service!
