Went there yesterday for lunch, and the Manager is the most rudest lady Ive seen in awhile. Not only to customers but her employees too. I would love to find the owner of this location. This place seriously needs help!!!!

Wow! What happened to Alfys man? Daughters 4th grade YMCA basketball team had a party here, coach handed out $3 in quarters to all of the girls to play games. Pretty much every game was broken and taking the girls coins, dirty floors and surfaces everywhere. The once famous salad bar was so bad, yucky veggies and lettuce, no cucumbers, weird toppings, no labels on the dressings. Not to mention $15 for a all you can eat plate, pizza still had the same sauce I remember as a kid but the toppings are cheap meats and crust is bigger with less toppings, what a shock! Alfys was such a cool place to go as a kid for parties, thank god most the 9-10 year olds on this day had a coach who brought gifts and treats for the kids, I’ll never be back, thanks for the memories 30 years ago Alfys.

I enjoy this little hole in the wall pizza place. I do wish that they would have some kind of partnership with other pizza chains in the area to expand their delivery times but otherwise it's good food.

Today my elderly mother and I came in to have lunch. She uses a walker so we needed to have a table on the main floor. We found a table in the corner and proceeded to sit and wait for our pizza to come when about 15 to 20 kindergarteners with a couple chaperones came in from Grace Academy and took over the booth behind us and the long table next to us. Then the chaperone's started praying with the children out load. Even though the children had very good behavior we felt that the adults were very rude. The restaurant was almost empty and they could have put all those kids anywhere else in the restaurant but they didn't. Nor did they apologize for crowding us out. As a result me and my 79 year old mother took her walker and other things and moved to another table on the other side of the restaurant. I don't know if the kids carperone's ordered ahead or not but I know that they got their pizza's before we did and we sat in the dark waiting and eating our pizza. When the staff at Alfy's brought us our food and seen that we were sitting in the dark and had moved tables there were no questions as to why or apology's for it being dark and turn on the lights or nothing. What should have been a good day out with my mom, turned into a crappy event and I don't think I will be returning to Alfy's anytime soon. I just wish that you didn't have to tip in the beginning. I think from now on I'll carry cash and tip at the end also considering that they charge a service fee here I don't think anyone needs to tip.

I hadn't been to Alfy's in years, and now I don't know why, lol. I love the thick crust and the slightly spicy sauce, and the breadsticks are amazing.

They changed my taco pizza! Has anyone had Italian sausage in a taco? Gross! ? why did you change? Sausage doesn’t belong on a taco pizza! Put the ground beef back! ?

Staff was extremely rude. Had a bday party there, ordered 15 pizzas and numerous drinks. At the end of the party “supervisor” came and yelled that we would be charged additional for all sodas. All she had to do was come talk to the host. We had zero issues paying. “Supervisor” also chased down each kid, and requested quarters for their drink while playing games. The “supervisor” ended up calling the cops on our party as well. Cops seem to not understand why they were called upon hearing the numerous witnesses tell them how unprofessional the “supervisor” was. All could and should have been avoided if she simply came and talked to the host. But then again why would she when the kids were laying with their quarters.

I was Alfys today when that party was asked to pay for the drinks they took instead of water. The counter girl did not once raise her voice to the customer. It was the customer that was screaming at the worker complaining about paying for the drinks . The customer kept interrupting the worker when she was trying to explain to the woman why she was being charge. When the woman would not stop screaming at the worker and got in her face , is when she called the cop . And I never saw her take money from any child . Those people were in the wrong not the worker.

This was absolutely awful customer service! The supervisor was extremely rude & disrespectful to the everyone at the birthday party I was at. Apparently a couple kids had used water cups for pop (little kids) so she came unglued. It was so unprofessional & very mishandled. Then she proceeded to take quarters out of the little kids hands (they had for the arcade) to pay for the pop!!Then she called the cops because we weren't leaving the party quick enough & said customers were harassing her!Worst experience I've ever had & there was so much money spent on pizza & drinks. In the end, it ruined birthday the party for an 8 year old boy.

Wow I have never encountered such unprofessional and poor customer service!! My family witnessed 2 parties told to pack up and leave and never come back! They called the cops on one party ?. These are hard earned money that these families put aside for their kids parties and this is how they conduct their business. Don’t come here it’s Toxic!

I have to say that I am very disappointed in the experience I had as just a birthday party guest at this Alfys today. The back room was reserved and an hour into the party, the lady worker came in an in a very rude voice told the whole party that she was charging the host for all of the blue cups that don’t have water in it and walked out. First of all, if there was an issue with the guests putting soda in those cups then she should have pulled the host aside and explained the issue so that the HOST could talk to her guests. But instead she was very rude and made all of us guests uncomfortable, so we ended up leaving.
