I always get the membership for my kids in the summer. If you go once a week you save a ton. We never have issues. Staff is great.

Been a member forever but lately the changes have been less then ideal there are a bunch of kids running the place no manager none of which answer questions my husband didn’t have his glasses and wasn’t able to see the screen to do my sons new waiver that seems like we fill out every time we go in there now. My husband asked one of the staff to help him with the waiver screen they just laughed at him like he was stupid so he got mad and left. They didn’t pay their bills so u can’t access anything from the website

Beeping chairs is very unfortunate. Give parents a place to sit that they can watch their kids. Only place is a 4 person bench and parents end up sitting on the islands in the jump area.

VERY noisy, the constant beeping is SOOOO annoying. I discovered that the beeping is from people sitting in massage chairs without paying!!!!

Honestly had higher hopes for this place. Lots of area for the kids to jump but I paid extra for the ropes / ziplines course and it only opened 30 mins before our passes ended. The harnesses looked sturdy but get stuck constantly. My kid is older so I have no idea how the younger kids navigate that snag. Chips and soft beverages are available but not much else. Arcade area had multiple broken machines. The womens bathroom needs some serious TLC because the baby changing table was straight rancid. Overall an underwhelming experience. The gentleman at the counter with the long hair and glasses was kind, helpful and lively while everyone else looked miserable to be there. Look, i get it, but it didn't help the already mid-atmosphere. If I were you, with viable transportation I'd go a few extra miles to Everett's flying squirrel. There's much more to do and There's a larger assortment of snacks / drinks. Plus, flying squirrel is in a pavilion of restaurants and different stores so you can get some quality eats afterwards. Idk guys, do what you want but if I'm an optimist and feel this way, just save your money. Flying squirrel and elevated sports (both in everett) are waaaay better.

Did a great job serving our large family at short notice

This place had an employee teenager restringing one of the Olympic trampolines with pliers in the back. Remove the caution tape. My son jumped on it and snapped in his leg. This place is extremely unsafe. If you don't leave with your kid in an ambulance, consider yourself lucky

Stood up front for an hour repeatedly filling out the waiver to be told repeatedly it’s not showing up in the system. I ask repeatedly for a hard copy to sign so we can ENTER the park. While having my daughter screaming I want to jump as she grows impatient watching kid after kid come and get to jump. Finally after an hour a manager or something says I’ll just got print one off. Horrible experience. Was supposed to be a fun thing for my daughter to do while my baby was sleeping. Last thing I wanted to do was support this dumpster fire but how are you supposed walk out with letting your 2 year old play after she has been watching other kids coming one by one for an hour having fun while I fill out waiver after waiver. Will just make the 20 minute drive to Everett.

Altitude has really fallen off. We’ve gone here for more than a year. It was better, in my opinion, than Flying Squirrel.
Then Altitude installed their own child casino (arcade games) and prize wall, which was disappointing, but we just don’t play them, so whatever.
Then today I took my daughter and was seriously shocked!
First, they were running the air conditioning! It’s 32 degrees outside and just about as cold inside. When I asked, the employees told me that the heater was broken, they couldn’t set it higher, and owners had no plans to fix it. They’re just waiting for the weather to warm up.
Half of the activities are closed. The bounce house? Closed. The jellyfish bounce area? Closed. The trampolines for the 12+ kids? Closed. The tube ramp/slide? Open, but only one tube. The obstacle/ropes course? Closed off, unknown if open.
Altitude is 25% more expensive than Flying Squirrel, but now has fewer activities than they used to, obviously only cares about sucking money out of pockets, and doesn’t care about customer comfort.
It sucks because they’re closer to us, and I liked supporting a local company. There’s not a ton of indoor activities for kids in the winter, which I’m sure they know.
Maybe they’ll get it together soon, but we’ll not be going back until they do.

Kids had fun . But overpriced for birthday party’s . The employees were not anywhere to be found in the trampoline area for supervision or at least to make sure everyone is following the places own rules . I had to personally direct and stop kids that I didn’t know from jumping or hurting other by jumping or doing tricks in the air or whatever else they were doing it was a mess and chaotic

If I could make a zero I would. They updated there system so everyone had to sign new wavers. If you didn’t you had to get out of line and go to the back. The signage about this was tiny and off to the side and with two young children and a baby there was no way we were able to see it. There was 4 staff standing around. I told Isaiah that one staff member could be telling the line or a bigger sign should be put up. Isaiah told me anyone who has been here in the last month should know and that he thinks they will be fine. Very dismissive and rude. Coming from a business owner myself I would be embarrassed of my staff treating people this way. These staff members do not know kindness or respect. I hope they are talked to about how to handle a situation especially Isaiah.
