My daughter loves it here and it's a great place to burn off her energy. Just keep an eye on your kids though because sometimes it gets very packed and the other kids can get kind of wild. Kind of spendy. I just pay for her to jump and I keep an eye on her.

It's a great place to take the kids and let them have a lot of fun, however, timing is critical due to how many people are there. Please pay close attention to your kids' accidents do happen.

This place use to be an awesome place to take my kids but it is run down now and there are multiple areas closed inside. It's sad to see how it looks now. I will definitely be cancelling my membership. You pay full price for all the activities but are only getting half the value. Not worth it in my opinion. My kids prefer flying squirrel in Everett better.

I used to like this place a lot more, but the prices are high, and we came here today to find all the fun stuff closed off. No rope swing, no slides only jump. Even the upper course is only open in the evening now. It's definitely not worth the price.

Thanks for the fun place for my energetic three kids to go. They love to go here all the time. Adults can have fun here too!

Exposed springs because mats won’t stay secured. Talked to an employee about that and blood on a mat. Had to go up 20 minutes later and talk to management to finally get the blood taken care of. For your kids’ health and safety I’d advise you go else where because obviously it’s not a requirement here. The picture of the mat is after being pushed back for the 5th time.

Kenny was the best employee ever. He was super nice and played basketball with us. Ivan was cool too. Logan was awesome. They were super chill.

Military discounts!!! Also, if you get a membership, you get just about a 2 hour price ($25) but younget to jump 2 hours a day every day they're open that month for the monthly price of $25! And a discount on your buddies costs. Their socks are required but they're less than $5 a pair. And they're reusable! Don't lose them! They have more than just trampolines too. Bounce house, 2 huge slides. There is a rope course and zipline but seem to be currently closed. Staff is very friendly and prompt. Wish I had gotten the ladies names from today. They were fantastic!

Took my son here today and there was an area barely blocked off people were going around so I asked the workers if it was blocked off or if we could go on it and they said no so I informed them TONS of people were on the item that was “not safe” and they just said ok and no one blocked it off more nor got anyone off. Someone could get hurt on unsafe equipment and Sue and I hope they do. 0 care for anyones safety. They even allowed TODDLERS and TEENAGERS on the Olympic trampoline area. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE.

It’s a fun place to go but I wish they had a closed off section for toddlers, they get some pretty rowdy teenagers that don’t look out for other kids. Also if they cleaned the bathroom more often. Or answered the phones.

This place is waaaaaay too expensive for birthday parties. Crazy how much they charge and the table setup u have. The party table reservation area is worth about $20 maybe but the play area the trampoline part is awesome although way too expensive. Greed greed and more greed in this world. Sad.

We had the worst experience here. This was not our first time to a trampoline park, and once we got here I noticed there was no supervision in various areas to see that no more than one person was jumping on a trampoline at a time (that is one of the rules). Two kids from our group got injured because a group of older kids decided to start jumping where our 7/8 year olds were jumping. The older kid landed on the head of one of ours so that he slammed his own knee into his chin which resulted in his skin at the chin splitting open (he needed two stitches) and a crack in his jaw (he will need surgery). When we complained to the manager, he simply said he would talk to the older kids and give the two injured kids a refund (not the rest of our group). He refused to give us his name or show us the video coverage, stating it didn't happen as we claimed. Now the kid's parents have an injured kid and have to pay who knows how much to get his teeth fixed, not to mention the impact this will have on his life. He also chipped his three front permanent teeth! It wasn't a small injury, and the trampoline place was completely careless about the situation and negligent. I rarely give reviews, but I was absolutely shocked at their attitude and total disregard of safety for the kids.

Kids have fun jumping. But no food options and all the workers like to just stand and chat and not focus on the trampoline area. Last time we came no worker was up on the floor but you could find them all behind the counter and they weren't very nice

They are always so kind and great with my kiddo. We have the monthly subscription and it is definitely worth it. Even only going twice a month would save you money!
