Just watched the female on duty tonight, ask customers to not go into the store while she went to her car. Literally poured alcohol into an AMPM cup and then hand THAT off to a man in a truck after taking a drink....what kinda clown show you guys got goin on here?!?!

Homeless in parking lot asking for money, go inside to get drink none of the ice works, click drink I want anyway pours something completely different, last time I checked blue Powerade shouldn’t be red, so dumped that out all iceee machines down dude standing on phone at counter place is a pile, not to mention food they had on hot plate was way past the time to be out

I accidentally drove off with the pump still attached to my car so it broke off. These people tried to extort me for $500 cash. I've had seven phone calls from three different numbers in two different countries in the last 24 hours. The people who run this store are all crooks and pieces of garbage. Avoid this place for sure. Who knows what else they could be trying to do to hardworking American citizens.

I'd never fill up at arco again the safety mechanism that makes you push the pump into the car to fill up and stop pumping when it's not pushed is a huge inconvenience. Never again arco

It looks like my review was removed that I made a year ago. I went to get gas here and the pump malfunctioned and got gas all over me and my car. They refused to give me a refund, when I originally wanted to spend $10 in gas, ended up being $65 all over the ground of the gas station because not a drop went into my tank. They refused to believe the pump was broken and blamed me for "not paying attention" despite my hand being on the nozzle the entire time yelling for help. For over a week after the incident they had the pump blocked off and "out of order" but it wasn't broke and working fine right? I will never spend another penny on anything at an Arco or AMPM again, if you want WAY cheaper gas go to the res! This happened July 15 2022

Update, removed my first review. I finally found out why they never have hot food recently. Two guys come in and buy all of it, to you two. I hate you, other people exist and the only other ampm is in Everett and I’m almost positive they don’t sell hot food there. Save some for the rest of us. Plus you’re causing a ton of work for the worker having to restock all of it bc you’re selfish

The attendant of the AmPm the smaller 1 closest to Find Restaurant he is very friendly, polite, helpful, and does his job in a timely manner never had to wait in a line or had a bad experience whatsoever!

Not at all as pictured! This straight up is as ghetto as it gets. Wouldn't even get out of my vehicle. Chose a different location. Some dude passed out standing up outside was just 1 of the concerns here.

I had to ask the cashier that was sleeping in a chair behind the register if I could check out. She also had a friend back their obviously tweaking she ignored me as well. What kind of store is this turning out to be? If I was the owner I'd be very alarmed.

never a problem here we drive 30 plus miles just to get gas at this ARCO / AMPM and we use Alot of gas! At almost $5 a gallon it is now more than it has ever been worth the ride, not only to save on gas but everyone has always been super friendly, welcoming & helpful, never a bad trip to this ARCO / AMPM. Thank you for always making sure i leave gor my long ride home with a smile ?

The employee, with no notice or warning, went on a break, locking the front door at 1:52 pm. No sign out or anything. They just locked the door and walked out of sight. A few people have caught sight of the person and they have somehow communicated they're on a break. Yeah no **** But it's now 2:21. And the latest person to walk up and try the locked doors got told it's going to be another 30 min! So by my math thats a 50 minute break with no warning or posted notice of any kind. I think the dude is just slackin' or something . I can't imagine anyone gets more than a 30 minute lunch at one time. Especially when you have to close down the entire business to take it. Probably 30 people have been turned away at this point. Assuming a $10-12 person order (cigs and munchies I assume) and there goes a few hundred bucks out of the register. I'm just waiting to see how long he is actually going to make me wait out here. Waiting. Waiting. It's 2:37 am, so 45 minutes and counting... Waiting. More waiting. If you look closely in my photos you can see the persons head with their long dark braided hair behind the counter. And another 6 people turned away now... Sheesh. It's 2:41 am now. I've been here for 49 minutes. Five more customers denied, so that's approximately 41 so far. 2:48 am now. Waiting. It's been a full hour now. I'm leaving and going to Jackson's. What a gem of a store this AMPM is! ???
