“I have been a customer of the Marysville branch of NFCU about 5 years, best bank I've ever used.Anyone with a relative (dead or living), or even room mate who is or has been in the armed forces, can join. I began coming here due their high CD rates, better even than most of the online banks, and they have many local branches where you can visit your money. This had been the closest branch to me accessible to civilians, a couple months ago they opened a new one near Alderwood Mall. I go there for simple stuff, but still consider Marysville my branch.So I went up to change some CD's to higher new rates. I was expecting to pay the penalty for breaking our deal, and was told the fees would be waived! I couldn't believe it. Always so friendly, and extra spiffy being in the Naval Support Complex, which despite the name, is accessible to civilians.”

“Always have taken the time to make things right when they were not. Managers have gone out of their way to sit down and correct errors or give information. I have found service to be very good at this branch. Always a short line as it always moves quickly. I must take exception with the other reviewer here as I have just had received my service from the teller, Ashley Ensley today. She was kind and courteous and very informative about the products the bank had to offer. And I say this in spite of the fact she is a very attractive woman. I would hate to think my review was swayed simply because the teller is hot. She was quite competent and didn't give off any vibe that the other reviewer got.”

“Generally, I have expectations that gas station restrooms are cesspools of yuck that I try to avoid whenever possible.On a recent trip, we had to gas up the car and randomly chose this station.A family member used the restroom and vouched that the facilities were pretty clean.I have to admit that I was skeptical, as a lifetime of childhood road trips and rest area visits have scarred my view of public restrooms.But rather than make another stop, I ventured inside and was surprised that the bathroom stalls were indeed quite clean. We're not talking about 4 diamond hotel ratings here, but it felt like 5 stars by gas station standards. Serious brownie points for having a bathroom mat around the toilet to make things much cleaner and less unsightly.For the germaphobes (like me), this was a very doable experience. Even my mom said it was clean and Mother knows best, right? ;)”
