I was so frustrated when I decided to visit an AT&T brick-n-mortar after 7 dropped customer service phone calls earlier in the day and no resolution to my RCS messaging issue. Little did I know that Superman, by the name of Joseph handled my problem professionally and oh so quickly. Thanks for the great attitude and patience.

One of the Associate at marysville Att store her name is Aryana is being helpful . My phone got lock out and she insisted right away do some hard reset and nos my phone is back and properly functioning. Thank You.

Recently traded in a phone. I had no complaints about the person helping me but I was told that the phone would have to be sent in the mail and I would receive a box with a shipping label to send the old phone back. When I received the phone, I realized I was sent the phone with more gb and no shipping label. I called to let them know that i had received the wrong phone and had requested the one with less gb as I did not want to spend hundreds more for more storage. I was then told that they had remembered telling me the difference was only $3 a month and that if I wanted to bring in the one sent to get the the other, I would have to pay a $55 restocking fee. No offer to make it right on their end but just that I would have to pay more money after even more hassle. They then wanted me to go online to create a label that I was unable to do because I am not the account holder. So I had to call their loyalty department which took over an hour between the call back, sitting on hold, and getting the problem worked out. The person on the line told me they would also not be able to create the label for me as they would need the cardholder info as well and recommend I drop it off at one of the nearby att stores that can mail it out for me. I have been beyond frustrated with the process and will be looking around for a different carrier that can provide quick and easy service.

Went to get new phone for my wife for mother's day was told plan was out dated had to change plan and was told to cancel things after a amount of time and when asked about taxes on the phones the Jeremy who helped us kept avoiding the question saying I'll get to it and then ran my card three different times Couldn't run it one time for the price of taxes should of just got the a replacement phone for cheaper then new phone and when transferring data from old phone to new Jeremy was all about taking my money but dident help us at all when transferring everything dident evem put on screen protector like he said he would he just ignored us after taking my money will not be going back to that location

I went in today because my screen was no longer working on my Z4 and I decided to upgrade. I was frustrated and stressed about my phone not working but the manager, Arianna, was AMAZING! She was kind, patient and willing to work through it all with me. I will NEVER go to another AT&T store. She earned my loyalty today at her location! I would give 10 stars if I could.

The customer service I received from Elly at the AT&T store was excellent. She was attentive, personable, and genuinely wanted to ensure I was taken care of. It made for a much better experience.
