Very dissatisfied with this branch, totally careless, and rude. The employees are there to help clients , and sometimes clients have problems and emergencies and not ALWAYS are able to make appointments. As long as the clients are inside the branch (2 hours before the closing time)they should try to help them to solve their issues , not send them to another nearby branch to see if someone else can do their job. And besides , there wasn’t anyone waiting for the associates at that time.

I great place for the atm. But it can be hard getting in and out the parking during high traffic times, when a train is passing due to how close it is to the train tracks.

One word. Abysmal. I've not been a bofa customer for years now (for reasons like these) but I was sadly forced to go into this branch to withdraw some money in an UTMA account that my deceased father opened years ago. I went in and tried to withdraw it but was told I needed a death certificate. Ok fair enough. Got the copy of the death certificate and tried to call ahead to make an appt. Literally called 8 times throughout the day and nobody answered the phone. Decided to just try my luck and went in to see if I could talk to somebody. The manager advises all her bankers were unavailable and would need to schedule an appt later that week. I show up to the appt, and send them the death certificate. Turns out the format needed to be in pdf form, that was never disclosed to me. So I had to convert it to a pdf on the spot (thankful for tech that allows us to do such things). Go through all of this only to be told that apparently I need to get a court order to be appointed as a successor to the account. WTF?! Why did nobody tell me any of this the first two times I went in? Also why does nobody answer the phone? Thankfully another employee stepped in and advised they would try to find a solution that did not include me going to court just to try and get what is lawfully mine. They told they would get back to me and never did. Just failure after failure. Utterly unacceptable experience. I don't reccomend BOFA to anybody at this point .

This has got to be the slowest boa I've ever known. The staff are unfriendly and ordered at a snail speed.

Never enough Staff even before the pandemic. The last time I was there in line for almost 30 minutes, there was 2 Employees in cubicles alone! The Manager was making stupid small talk with a couple people in the line... SO, 3 employees were not helping. The drive-thru is never open! Yesterday, they were closed and gone almost 15 minutes before closing. Terrible branch!!!

Long lines with only 2 tellers working. You have to stand in line for 30 minutes just to get an appointment at the end of the week! Unacceptable!

I just moved to the Marysville area a couple months ago and found this Bank of America the closest to my house so it became the one I come to most. My experience with Bank of America has always been great! I love the customer service, friendliness, how fast they resolve problems, etc. However, I am not in awe of the staff at this particular location. Each time I’ve came in to speak to somebody, they always sound mad and aren’t very friendly. Maybe it’s just my luck, but it’s been over the phone too. This is causing me to consider switching to a different bank because wow. I’ve never been more disappointed.

They have a drive thru ATM behind, separate from the bank, as well as outside the bank. Service at this bank has been good or bad for me, I'd rate it 3 stars... The manager supervises when busy instead of actually helping any customers. Have never had an issue with the ATM's though.
