Overall a much better experience. This location seems to be understaffed longer lines than normal. But still a much better experience than in the past.

Wow what a change in staff. Many of the staff are kinda rude. Why even have a self checkout anymore? Just use the normal checkout. Even getting in the door, depending on who is working you will get met with a smile or a what are you doing here punk.
It is a Costco what more do you expect. People are nice.

I am really disappointed that they changed the food court manu. The food is not as high quality as it used to be. The store has more self checkout machines then cashier.

Go to any other Costco. Im all for showing my card but three times????
They scan my card to get in. They scan it again at the register then they look at every item I've bought as if I'm a thief Lastly, after loading my groceries i went back in for a hot dog and the lady at the door acted like I was robbing the place! She literally yelled at the help desk to stop me? What the hell Costco i just walked out! I've had nothing but harassment every time I've visited this location. I have no idea who the manager is but these people are crazy!

Prices are insane and they have switched to "organic" which isn't actually organic. You're paying to use self checkout basically at this point.
