The new crew is great 😃 last time I tried coming in was a little over a year ago and was met with horrible customer service. I'm really grateful for the team that's there now. They helped me through a lot of crazy phone problems and I felt 100% supported the whole time.

I would give the person that helped us a five, but cricket in general a one star review. My mom signed up for cricket out of the Northgate office, and I was there to help her and the lady completely lied to us. We ended up going to the most convenient location to cancel the service as nothing. The lady promised us, my mom was actually true. The guy in the north end at this location, though was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and again, I would give him a five star review. Needs to work on training people, even to give a fake smile or even pretend that they’re interested.

As soon as I came into the store, the employee told me that he was going to finish helping some other customers and then go on his lunch break, so I should come back in 1.5 hours! I left and went to another location and had amazing service.

Pathetic. The guy in there, Martin I think his name was, simply can't be bothered to do his job. After asking his manager 4 times how to activate a phone he gave up and went dead eyed like the way a computer freezes. All I wanted was to add a line to my account and get a SIM, he suggested I go to another store because he couldn't do it. I went to Walmart and got a Cricket SIM and got it running myself in minutes. I was able to do his job better than he was able. Seriously, pathetic.
