I came in for my COVID shots, and Mary was an absolute delight. She was exceptionally gentle, kind, and filled with laughter. I will definitely be returning.

Worst experience, walked a mile and 1/2 because the web site said they emptied sharps containers and they don't. Will never shop at cvs or target again!!!!!!!!!

This pharmacy can only be described as purgatory on earth. You cannot call this pharmacy, they do not answer the phone, as they are busy with present customers - ALWAYS. When you drive to the pharmacy you will be greeted by employees who call your medication out to everyone in line or any other bystander to eavesdrop on.....hope your neighbor isn't around to hear and hopefully you're not shy about the others knowing your business. I wonder if they would be okay with me calling out their medications to everyone around? Good thing I was just getting cold medicine. Once they get done telling everyone about the medications you use, they will kindly inform you that your medication is not ready and you need to wait approximately 45 mins to lord knows how long. Good thing it's in a Target. Hopefully, you needed some groceries or diapers or something.....you've got some time to kill. The people who work there are nice enough but it's as if the place is completely and utterly unmanaged and/or understaffed perpetually. Best of luck. I switched back to Rite Aid.

Absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Rude people, never answer the phone, bad attitudes with zero empathy, tell you a n Rx is in then you drive there and it's not. Pharmacists are nice. The techs are unprofessional brats.

I called CVS Pharmacy inside the Smokey Point Wa Target store to check on a prescription refill. I had ordered the refill on Monday and was told it should be done and I'd get a text saying it's ready Tuesday or Wednesday. It is now Thursday. The automated system they use said it's processing, so I transferred myself to speak with a human. When I told her I'd like to check on my refill, that it says it's processing and can you please tell me when it will be ready her response was, "You can do that online you know." If I wanted to go about it online I'd have done that. She continued on running her sentences together saying what's your name and date of birth. I told her, then she put me on hold. I'm still on hold and it's been 15 minutes. This is the worst customer service I've ever received at a pharmacy, and the first time I've had to deal with a passive aggressive cashier/assistant at a pharmacy. If I could give 0 stars I would. I highly suggest not using this pharmacy. If you have CVS coverage you'd get your prescription a lot faster through the mail, even if it were coming on a paddle boat from Europe. 18 minutes now and I'm still on hold. 22 minutes on hold now. Absolutely horrible customer service. Possibly this pharmacy cashier needs a job working the night shift at a truck stop. Her level of customer service would likely fit better there.

Every time I've needed to talk to a pharmacist about my prescriptions I've had to wait 30 plus minutes on hold just to get a half baked answer to any questions I may have.Transferring my prescriptions has never been so hard

Mary did my injection for my flu shot and she was very nice and very chipper and very upbeat and she made me feel welcomed. She and the other assistant who work underneath the manager were the most chipper of all three. I remember sitting there thinking, "wow, I want to work here. "Mary really enjoyed her job and so did the other girl you can completely tell. They didn't have an immunization print out care guide to give to me; that would be my only feedback for this location. Otherwise it was quick and easy and took less than five minutes. I appreciated the expediency of my visit as well as the customer service. I would return, and I would also recommend this is CVS minute clinic.

My experience at Twin Lakes Ave Target/ Pharmacy was phenomenal! Three women there were able to help me get my special eye medication when no other pharmacy could. They actually took the time and made it happen. Without; Kristin, Mary (leade) Sierra I would not have my eye medication. I have been in pain for months unable to get this medication because it is very new and requires a bit of extra time for the pharmacy to receive it. I am so grateful to these women and to CVS/TARGET for helping me. Even though the pharmacy is not very close to me, I will now get all my family’s medications here and will shop the Target store because of them. This is long over due, I apologize for not writing sooner as my eyes have just now begun to heal. They did in three days what several pharmacy’s could or would not do in over three weeks. Kudos to these three and to CVS/Target for their diligence and professionalism and compassion and kindness.

I called to talk to the pharmacy, I was on hold for 20 minutes around noon today, 12/30/2022, had to hang up due to the end of my lunch. I called back when I got off work and was on hold for 55 more minutes until I arrived home where I do not get signal to remain on hold. I have texted my Dr. And tsent the appropriate messages to CVS to refill my prescriptions. 10 days ago I did all the messages and still waiting to get my prescription. When I check online, it says I picked them up on 12/24/2022. But when I call it Says they are working on them. This is not the first time I have had a problem with them.CVS pharmacy needs to fix their $#!t!!

I did a phone refill and was told I could pick it up on Monday evening. I came Friday evening to pick it up and was told I could come get it the next day because they are two weeks behind filling prescriptions. I am traveling and need my prescription which is why I planned ahead. What if I was taking some type of chemotherapy or a heart medication? Would I just get it two weeks later because they are behind? They should be shut down. Completely unacceptable.

This pharmacy is nothing but problems. Sadly it’s the only location that ever has my medication in stock and it’s a hassle every single time. If you need a same day refill good luck. Need to call the pharmacy to speak to someone ya the phone is disconnected. How are they still operating like this?

Just moved to the area and was presently surprised. They were very nice and handled my prescription much faster and were much friendlier than what I've grown accustomed to.
