My experience wasn't bad. It wasn't too hard navigating and finding the bike section, so no need to ask an associate where things were. I found the inner wheel tube for bike tires that I was looking for but not the size tire I needed.

Even if you buy a glove online from dicks they won't steam it for you for free or a discount. Just FYI. You need to do it right away when you purchase. Also you can't do exchanges in store for items purchased online at dicks (at least they won't price match). I asked for a discount on an online dicks bought glove that hadn't been used and they said no

My son comes to this Dick’s sporting goods location many times and their customer service never disappoints. The teammates helped him patiently until he found the specific products he was looking for. This store has always been his top pick whenever he needs baseball equipment. I do recommend paying them a visit, you will not regret it.

Stopped into the store on July 4 to look at paddle boards and any inflatables. Staff Member Aiden was a shining star when asked a few questions even though met him on other side of store. Aiden was super polite and respectful of my time and helped make my store visit a success and enjoyable. Was also very amazed at all the new features and layout of the store and how easy it is to find products of interest. Thank You Kindly for hiring top quality staff! GB

I had a return that required authorization from a manager. Clayton came to the front and initially denied the return and when I brought up that I had read the return policy and didn’t see it the same way he started treating me like trash. After a little more back and forth (the cashier’s attitude sucked too), Clayton agreed that it wasn’t worth the fight, told the cashier to issue the refund, then walked off muttering under his breath. Inexcusable behavior for someone in charge.

Shout out to the amazing employees. My husband had cut his hand and didn't realize it was bleeding. The employees were quick to get him bandaged up and make me not feel like a complete jerk for him bleeding. They were so kind. I can't thank them enough for their help and apologize again for this. They even guided us to the closest Urgent Care. I'm glad I purchased with you all.

Impressive store. Large format, well-defined interest areas. The store is clean and neat. The salespeople were helpful and friendly. No firearms or firearm related accessories are sold at this store.
